It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable.
