Not far from the accommodation is a sandy beach, and very friendly and unobtrusive owners are here to make your vacation even more pleasant. The beach is 250m away, one of the larger markets, Ellinika, is 600m away, while the first shop and tavern are about 400m away. There are seven studios on offer, three on the ground floor and four on the first floor. There is only one double studio and it is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a French bed. One triple room is located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. All three have one double bed and one sofa. The only difference is that the sofa in one studio on the first floor is a little smaller, so it is exclusively for a child up to 10 years old (studio 2+1 in the price list). One four-bed studio is on the ground floor and has been completely renovated (premium studio in the price list), and the other two are on the first floor. All have one double bed and one sofa bed for two children. All studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the bathroom of all studios there is a shower with a curtain, except in the premium studio where the shower is separated by glass on one side. All balconies have a table and chairs. The yard of the accommodation is not fenced, but has a table and chairs, as well as trees that provide natural shade. Private parking is also provided. Since the accommodation is right at the entrance to the town, and it is also marked on the map, you can hardly get lost. Coming from the direction of Siviri, after entering Skala Furka, turn off the highway into the second street on the right, then immediately into the first unpaved street on the left, which is parallel to the highway. At the end of that street you will see accommodation on the right. Joseph Village Apartments is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to feel at home on vacation, with a small difference, which is that the sea is in the immediate vicinity.

Mesogeios Rooms is an accommodation consisting of two units, a studio for 2+1 persons and a four-bed duplex apartment. Its main advantages are privacy due to the small number of units and an excellent location, because it is located in the center of town, on the first floor, above the fish market of the same name, and the beach is only fifty meters away. The owner is very kind and accommodating, and hygiene is at a high level. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, hairdryer and kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and oven (the studio has a small stove, and the apartment has a large stove). The bathrooms are large, with a wall-mounted shower. The studio has one double bed and a folding armchair, and the apartment has one double or two single beds in two bedrooms. A baby cot is available on request. Towels are changed every three days, bed linen is changed every five days, and guests take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation units themselves. Small pets are welcome with prior agreement with the owner. You can park your car on the street, or you can leave it in the private parking lot of the owner's other accommodation, Villa Maria. Villa Lemoni Studios is located in a quiet street in the center of Nea Skioni and only 120m from the beach. The villa offers accommodation in spacious three-bed studios located on the first floor and equipped with a kitchenette (mini oven with two hotplates) with refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LCD TV. The villa provides comfortable accommodation in the center of town and a short distance from the beach. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, and guests are provided with one large towel each. Although it does not have its own parking lot, parking is usually possible within a radius of 100 m. Bed linen is changed after five days, i.e. on the sixth day of stay, guests receive clean bed linen and change it themselves. During the stay, the guests themselves clean and maintain the accommodation unit and take out the trash. When leaving the accommodation unit, they are obliged to leave it clean. Guests are provided with one large body towel each.

All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and guests themselves take care of the hygiene of their apartment. Private parking has a limited number of spaces, and in the immediate vicinity, up to 200m, there are plenty of parking spaces. Parking cannot be reserved. They have a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the kitchen area. The units on the first and second floors have side sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned, have terraces/verandas and internet access.
