Owner's description Hatzis House is a family business that rents apartments, located on the beach in Nikiti, Sithonia, Halkidiki. The owners of the house are Mr. George and Mrs. Panayota Hacis, professional tourism workers who have been in this business for forty years. We are a small and independent company with limited accommodation capacity, but we survive successfully in a highly competitive environment. There are 2 types of apartments: one and two bedroom. One bedroom apartments have one room with 3 beds, kitchen and bathroom. Two bedroom apartments have 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs. One-bedroom apartments are suitable for couples or families with one child, and two-bedroom apartments for larger families or groups of people. All kitchens are separated from the bedrooms and are fully equipped with a large refrigerator and electric stove. In them, you can prepare food yourself and thus save a lot of money. Our description Accommodation is located in Toroni, 300m from the beach and the nearest supermarket. Tucked away in a yard with lots of greenery and natural shade, it is one of the more modest, but also more affordable accommodation, it can be a good choice for undemanding guests who want to spend a peaceful vacation. There are a total of ten accommodation units. Three two-bed and three-bed studios, or four four-bed apartments, on the high ground floor and first floor. Double studios have one double bed narrower than the standard or two connected single beds, while triple studios have one double bed narrower than the standard and a single bed. The four-bed apartments in the bedroom have one double bed narrower than the standard or two connected single beds, while in the room with the kitchen there are two single beds. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets. In the eight renovated bathrooms, there is a curb shower area, and two non-renovated ones have only a shower and tiles, without a fenced shower area and curtains. The terraces are spacious and have a table with chairs. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as room cleaning is done after five nights. To get to Magda Rooms, when you enter Torona, drive down the street next to the beach and after reaching the Aphrodite Tavern, turn right into the street and drive another 300m and reach Magda Rooms on the left. It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments. Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, a stove with an oven can be requested from the owner. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have an area of 20-35m2. All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. The apartments are upstairs. The apartments have two separate bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has a drawer bed). The living room has a seating area (two sofas and an armchair or a corner sofa) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator, stove with oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartments are 60-70m2, and unlike the studios, have terraces, which are very spacious. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets and a safety deposit box. If someone needs a hair dryer or fan, they can contact the owners. Hygiene of studios and apartments, in the form of cleaning and changing towels is done every 2 days, while bed linen is changed every 4 days. Epinio is a very good choice, if you decide to spend your vacation in Nikiti, because it has a great location and is close to all necessary facilities (close to the Smile market, taverns and restaurants). The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. Our description Iliadis House is located in the center of Sarti, about 80m from the beach. The building was built in 1974, and in 2007 it was completely renovated. There are two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms each. In one bedroom they have a double bed, in the other two single beds connected and another single bed. Double studios have either two single beds or one double bed, triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. All accommodation units have cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen and bathroom. If you need it, the owners can give you a hair dryer to use.
