Seaside studios and apartments " studios Anagnostou" are located in Askamnia, Nikita, Halkidiki, on a 5-acre of land full of olive trees, pine trees, flowers and lawn, and 200 m from a sandy beach covered with pine trees. Although it belongs to Nikiti, it is closer to Metamorfosi, , distance covered by feet. Metamorfosi is a seaside village with many pine trees. It has a excellent climate with out humidity, based on scientific facts. This is one of the reasons that summer camps for children were built in this area. In the village there are grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, a pharmacy, doctor's office, playground. Studios A1,east, and A2,west, are located on the ground floor, access to the lawn. They have a double bed and a bed between double and single with width 1,10m, therefore two kids could sleep on it comfortably. Studios B1,east, and B4 ,west, are located on the first floor with private balconies, large balcony doors and sea view. They have one double and a bed between double and single with width 1,10m, therefore two kids could sleep on it comfortably. They have separate side stairs, so privacy is at a higher level. Studio B1 is just above Studio A1, on the side of the barbecue Studio B4 is just above studio A2 Studios B2 and B3, one beside the other, are on the first floor with private balconies, large balcony doors and sea view. They have one double and two single beds. Studio C1 is located on the second floor with a private balcony, large balcony door and sea view. It has three single beds. Our description After turning off the highway towards Psakoudia, after a short drive you will see the beginning of the place and before you reach the first cafe you should turn right towards the beach. You will reach Villa Aiolos on the beach on an unpaved road about 200m long. The villa consists of four-bed apartments. Some apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a room with a kitchen with two more single beds, and some apartments are on two levels - the ground floor has a bedroom and a small kitchen, and the gallery has space for two more people, in one french or two single beds. In some apartments, instead of two single beds, there is a sofa from which another drawer bed can be pulled out. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob and a small oven. The bathrooms have enclosed showers without curtains. All apartments have a sea view, some direct and some partial because the canopy of trees on the beach slightly interferes with the open view. The apartments are air conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets, large terraces with table and chairs. WiFi internet is available on the terrace and in the yard. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. There is a lot of greenery and shade in the yard, and there is natural shade on the beach in front of the building. Therefore, guests are provided only with deck chairs (not parasols) that can be taken and placed on the beach. In the yard there is a barbecue, as well as several sofas, and there is plenty of space for children to play. Our description Aggelina House enjoys a quiet location less than 100 meters from the sandy Pigadaki Beach. In front of the house is a parking lot, there are toys for children and a common terrace with a beautiful sea view, and the owners are unobtrusive and always available. The house is located on a small hill, and the beach can be reached by a path between other houses. The beach is 70m away, it is sandy, has shallow and crystal clear water, and nearby you will find several taverns. A van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach every day. The nearest shop is on the highway (2.4 km) and a bakery a little before it, about 1.6 km from the house. Aggelina House consists of five four-bed studios. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) are on the ground floor. Studios with bunk beds can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, while others can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. Owner's description At the southeastern end of the Sithonia peninsula lies one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki, Sykia. It has 3000 inhabitants and is 160 km away from Thessaloniki. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Moreover, the existence of an old large tree (in Greek Sikia) around when the village was built is a possible version. The second place is Kukos, rocky and high, surrounded by a castle and probably there was a prehistoric settlement. The area is full of beautiful coastline.
