Two rooms are slightly smaller than the others, and several have a partial view of the sea. There are four accommodation units on the ground floor, three five-bed apartments number 1, 2 and 3, as well as one five-bed studio on two levels, number 4. Five-bed apartments (5 Bed Apartment) number 1,2, 3, square footage (25m2) have a kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. In apartments number 1 and 2, guests have two double beds and one single bed available, while apartment number 3 has two double beds and a three-seater sofa with a cushion that is suitable for one child. The landscaped, fenced yard, full of toys for children, and at the same time a summer house with a barbecue, is a true paradise for families. Although it is about 2km away from Sikija beach, this house is in a good location if you like to explore the surrounding beaches and if you come by car. Right across the road from the accommodation there is a gas station and a small supermarket, and a butcher's about 350m away, on the highway itself. Anthemida Studios and Apartments consists of a total of 16 accommodation units, six apartments and ten studios that are rented on a bed and breakfast basis. The apartments are spacious (45m2), in the bedroom they have a double bed, while in the room with the kitchen there are two single beds with a bed of drawers. The kitchen is separated from the room where the beds are, but not physically separated by a door. The apartments on the first floor are slightly larger and there are two of them, the others are located on the ground floor. They all face the courtyard and the street. Four two-bed studios (15m2) have one double bed, three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed each, and five four-bed studios (30m2) are located in the basement and have one double bed and two single beds, as well as one drawer bed, so they can be booked as a five-bed studio. From the highway, you need to turn right or left, depending on which direction you are coming from, when you come across the sign for the turn to the village of Sikija and after only a few meters, you will see the accommodation on the left. Efi Rooms is accommodation on the sandy beach of Linaraki, just 10m from the sea. The very kind owner is always available, and you can eat in her restaurant during your stay. The modest studios offer a beautiful view of the sea, and there is a private parking lot next to the accommodation. Free sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests The accommodation is on the beach, only the street separates it from it. The nearest market is on the highway (2km), and the Hatzis bakery is a little closer (1km). Fruit and vegetable sellers often pass through the street, so you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Efi Rooms consists of four four-bed studios located on the upper ground floor. They are suitable for a maximum of three adults and one child. All four studios have two single beds and one French bed of smaller dimensions than the standard one. The part of the studio where the beds are is slightly separated from the kitchen. The kitchen has a mini-oven with hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle and basic dishes. All bathrooms were renovated in 2017 and have an enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The studios have a terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning, internet, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed for three days. All guests are provided with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, as well as private parking. There is a shower and a mobile grill in the small yard, but the owner is not sure if the grill will be able to be used, she will know at the beginning of the season. In the restaurant, there is no extra charge option for half board. Linaraki beach is not difficult to find. After turning off the highway towards Sikija Beach, continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. The road to the left leads to Sikija beach, and to the right and uphill to Linaraki beach. The first cove you come across is Linaraki Beach. On the beach you will see the Akrogiali restaurant, which is part of the Efi Rooms accommodation. Efi Rooms is an excellent choice for families who value proximity to the beach and a tavern where they can eat.

The kitchens in all studios are the same, they have a small oven with hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each studio has a terrace with a dining table and an awning. The studios are air-conditioned, have TV and wireless internet. The owners do not change towels and bed linen, but clean ones can be obtained on request and guests can change them themselves. The accommodation has secured parking for guests, and in the yard full of flowers and greenery there is a summer house, brick barbecue, facilities for children and a shower. As you approach Sikia on the main road from Sarti, on the left you will see a sign for Katia Studios and Nefeli Hotel (it is the same building, divided into two parts), which can be reached by an unpaved road. Katia Studios can be a good choice for families or couples who plan to spend their vacation with friends in peace, enjoying the greenery and barbecuing, while the children play carefree.
