Our description Christos House is a newly built accommodation located next to the Nikiti - Sarti highway, about 800m from Neos Marmaras, opposite the Porto Karas Hotel. It is modernly equipped, and the hygiene is at a decent level. It has three apartments decorated in a similar style, capacity 2-4 people. In the living room with kitchen there is a modern sofa bed (the size of a double bed), in the passage to the other room there is a bathroom with a shower enclosed by a wall and a curtain, and in the other room there is a double bed. The second room opens onto a private terrace. The kitchens of the apartments are equipped with mini-stoves with two hobs and an oven, a refrigerator and the necessary utensils. At the front of the apartment are private verandas, a low wall partially separates one whole from another. All apartments have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and internet. It is possible to add a rollaway bed as well as a baby cot. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay (if the stay is longer and more frequent, in agreement with the owners). In the yard there is a playground, barbecue with a summer house, two trampolines for children and private parking. The nearest supermarket and shop are 300 and 400m away. Christos House is a great choice if you are looking for modern accommodation with plenty of facilities outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Owner's description Christos House is located 800m from the beach and 1.3km from the center of Neos Marmaras. At about 300m from the house there is a local supermarket, and at 400m is Masoutis. The house is located next to the road, behind the Porto Karas complex. The rooms are suitable for families with two children and one baby up to two years (free). If necessary, we can provide a cot. The bedroom has one double bed measuring 1.6x2m, and in the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a stove with an oven. The bedrooms have a TV with free satellite channels and are air conditioned. Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi and private parking. Behind the house there is a spacious lawn with various props for children to play.
