All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Kitchens are poorly equipped for cooking, only light meals can be prepared, without frying. They have a stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a small fridge. Only in the apartment is the fridge big. All bathrooms have an enclosed shower with a curtain. There is a seating set and a parasol on the terraces, they have a view of the sea or the yard. Only the luxury studios have two terraces, one walk-through with curtains and the other private with a parasol. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done every two days. It is possible to use the laundry service for an additional fee. The yard surrounding the house is fenced, spacious, decorated with taste and full of greenery and flowers. In the front part there are summer houses, a barbecue and toys for children, and the back part is a parking lot. On the top floor of the house there is a terrace with two sets of seats that can be used by all guests. Villa Doxa is easy to find because it is located on the main road in Sarti. From the direction of Vourvourou, it is on the right, just after the Vamvinis Hotel. It is clearly marked, so it is impossible to miss it. The friendly owners have made an effort to transform the villa into a short-term home for their guests, so this is an accommodation that you will certainly not be disappointed in!

There are 12 accommodation units on offer, of which there is one double room (No. 2), two double rooms (No. 6 and 7), four three-bed rooms (No. 4, 5, 9 and 10), one four-bed studio (No. 3) and four four-bed apartments (No. 1, 8, 11 and 12). The yard is a real little paradise for families because it has a summer house, barbecue and toys for children. It is about 220m from the town's sandy beach, and 300m from the nearest market. The center of the town with all facilities is about 800m away. It consists of six four-bed studios (24m2), two five-bed wooden houses (40m2), one three-bed deluxe apartment (35m2) and one three-bed studio (37m2) fully adapted for people with disabilities. Four-bed studios are equipped with one French bed and bunk beds. Three studios are located on the ground floor and have a 6m2 balcony, while the remaining three studios are on the first floor and have a slightly larger terrace. The wooden houses are on the ground floor and are located next to each other. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds with a trundle bed, and in the living room there is a corner sofa. The kitchen is slightly separated from the living room, but without a door between. The three-bed deluxe apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. The three-bed studio is also on the ground floor and everything is adapted for people with disabilities. It is equipped with one French bed and a folding armchair. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment (only in wooden houses is a large refrigerator with freezer). The bathroom has a shower cabin. There is a table and chairs on the terrace and all accommodation units face the courtyard, except for the three-bed rooms facing the street. There is a private parking lot within the yard. The yard is beautifully designed, and is suitable for families who like to barbecue or enjoy on the deckchairs, while supervising the children playing in the mini-playground with swings and a slide. The warm atmosphere is also contributed by the very friendly owner of French-Greek origin, who is always available to her guests. The accommodation is located on the main road in Sarti, it is well signposted, so it is very easy to find it from whichever direction you are coming from. If you are looking for accommodation where you will feel at home, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

The accommodation is located next to the ring road outside Sarti. It is about 450m from Platania beach, about 2.5km from the center of Sarti, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are 1km away. It consists of two houses with a total of 23 accommodation units, in a huge courtyard where the Platania House accommodation is completely separate. In the first building, there are two two-bed studios on the first floor with one double bed each, one three-bed studio on the first floor and three three-bed studios on the ground floor, each with one double bed and one single bed. Five four-bed studios are distributed on the first and second floor, each with two French beds. Two four-bed apartments are on the first floor, but can accommodate five people. In the room with the kitchen, they have one double bed, and in the other there are bunk beds. The rooms are separated by accordion doors. One five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and has a French and a single bed in a room with a kitchen, and two single beds in the bedroom. The new accommodation units, eight new three-bed studios, are located in the second building, four on the ground floor and another four on the first floor. They have one double bed and one single bed each, and are decorated more modernly than those in the first building. All accommodation units have separate terraces or access to the yard, and the two studios on the first floor in the new building have two terraces. They have a direct or partial view of the sea in the distance, a kitchen with hotplates and a small fridge with freezer, a TV and mosquito nets. All bathrooms in the second building have shower curtains and accordion doors. Some accommodation units have an enclosed shower area and some do not. In the first building, all the bathrooms have been renovated and have an unfenced shower area (only tiles). In agreement with the owners, you can get a cot for a baby, a hair dryer, and a washing machine for use. Cleaning, such as changing towels and bed linen, is for five days. Pets are allowed with prior request. Private parking is provided, and in the large green yard with plenty of space, there is a barbecue, a playground for children, as well as tables and chairs. In the accommodation units in the first building, it can be a little noisier due to the proximity of the ring road, while it is quieter in the second building. You will find accommodation very easily if you travel from the north. From the entrance to Sarti, you need to continue straight on the main road for approximately 3 km, after which you will see a sign with the name of the accommodation on your right, and then the accommodation itself. Archontariki Studios is a complex that is ideal for everyone who wants privacy and enough space to rest in the yard, while at the same time being able to quickly reach other facilities by car.

Paža is 30m away, the nearest restaurant and beach bar are 20m away, and a supermarket with a bakery is 160m away. The center can be reached very quickly by car, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot. The offer includes three-bed, four-bed, six-bed type A (renting two three-bed apartments at the same time) and six-bed apartments. Three-bed apartments type A (25m2) are located on the first and second floors. They have a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the room with the kitchen. Four-bed apartments type B (27m2) are located on the ground floor. They have a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two children in the room with the kitchen. Six-bed apartments of type A (50m2) are created by joining two three-bed apartments of type A, so they have two bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as two kitchens with one single bed each. On the beach there is a bar and a restaurant under the same ownership, so it is possible to use sunbeds and umbrellas with the obligatory consumption of drinks. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. There is no private parking, but there is enough parking space on the street. After entering Sarti, turn left at exit E, then turn right and at the end of the street turn right again. After 50m you will see the Blue Senses Hotel, and right behind it the Blue Senses Apartments. If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, near a sandy beach with shallow water, then Blue Senses Apartments is the right choice.

House Petris has a wonderful view of the sea, from which it is about 80 meters away. The center of Sarti is only a few steps away, and the free, large public parking lot is right across the street. Petris House is somewhere in the middle of Sarti (between the new and old part). Only a street and a parking lot separate it from the sandy beach. The first market and bakery are 70m from the house, and taverns and souvenir shops are in the center, which is the same distance away. There is a pizzeria within the house, and ice cream is also sold. It consists of two connected buildings, one of which is newer, the other older. There are three two-bed and two four-bed studios in the newer one, and one three-bed, four four-bed and one five-bed apartments in the old one, as well as four two-bed and two four-bed studios, all six renovated. All accommodation units are located on the first floor. Double studios overlook the mountain and each one is equipped with a double bed. Four-bed studios overlook the sea and the adjacent terrace (see pictures) and have two French beds. The three-bed apartment has one French and one single bed in the room, and the kitchen is separate. It has a sea view. Four-bed apartments have one French and one single bed in the bedroom and another single bed in the kitchen. They have a view of the mountain. The five-bed duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms and a kitchen in between. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and a double and single bed in the other. It has a sea view. The street then leads to the left, continue there and turn into the second street on the right and after a few meters you will see a house. If you like to be close to the beach and the center, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

There is a private parking lot in the rear part of the yard. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you see Villa Doxa on the right, turn immediately to the right, onto an unpaved road. It is located in the new part of Sarti, in the first row to the sea, so it has a fantastic view of the sea. The beach is only 10m away, and the center is about 1km away. The nearest store is right next to the house. Two double studios (20m2) each have a double bed and are located on the ground floor. One two-bedroom studio (22m2) has one French bed, is located on the first floor and has a view of the sea. Two three-bed studios (25m2) each have one double bed and one single bed. Both have a view of the sea, one is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. The superior studio (43m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, and there is a kitchen in a separate room. Three six-bed apartments (45m2) each have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Two are located on the first floor, one has a side and a direct view of the sea, and the third is on the ground floor and has a direct view of the sea. All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and kitchen, as well as a view of the sea (some side, some direct). Some are located on the ground floor, and some on the first floor. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. Public parking is located in front of the house. A mobile grill is also available to guests. After entering Sarti from the north, continue on the main road towards Sikia for about 2 km and turn right at the eighth exit. Drive along that street for another 200m, then turn right and 20m later you will see Giota House on your right. Giota House is an excellent choice if you are looking for quality accommodation, on the beach, in the new part of Sarti. It is suitable for families with small children because the sea on the beach in front is shallow, unlike old Sarti where it is much deeper.
