The apartment (60m2) is located in the basement (6-7 steps below the level of the yard) and has a pleasant veranda, where guests can enjoy the peace and shade. The living room is spacious and has a seating area, a TV and one bed with a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator and stove), and between it and the living room there is a large dining table with chairs. There is one double bed in the separate bedroom, while the bathroom is modernly decorated and has a hydromassage cabin. The apartment has a built-in electric floor cooling system; has internet access and mosquito nets. Guests clean and maintain their own hygiene in their accommodation units.
