It has studios and rooms, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room into an apartment. The study area is 20-22m2. They can have one French or one French and a single bed. The building has four large triple studios, as well as three smaller double accommodation units (have a double bed), two of which do not have a kitchen inside the room, but are separated by a door in the hallway of the building. One studio with kitchen and a triple room, between which there is a bathroom, can be turned into an apartment. The second apartment can be formed by merging one triple room and a double studio. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment is five. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have a terrace and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped, have a small refrigerator and stove, and the bathrooms have a shower without curtains. Laundry service is free of charge. There is a gym and fitness studio on site, which is free for guests. It is located in Strimonikos Bay, in the vicinity of Stavros, surrounded by hills covered with forest, so it is known as an air spa due to the wind rose, which, with the combination of the smell of the sea and clean air, provides a pleasant stay to its visitors. This accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, from which it is separated by a street that needs to be crossed, and at a distance of 130m from the nearest beach.
