Balance Accommodation is a newly built facility that received its first guests in July 2023. It is located in Strimonikos Bay, in the vicinity of Stavros, surrounded by hills covered with forest, so it is known as an air spa due to the wind rose, which, with the combination of the smell of the sea and clean air, provides a pleasant stay to its visitors. This accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, from which it is separated by a street that needs to be crossed, and at a distance of 130m from the nearest beach. This accommodation, which offers a warm welcome to guests over 15 years of age, offers elegantly and modernly decorated rooms, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and intended for the accommodation of a maximum of two adults. All rooms have a double bed, while some rooms have a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The air-conditioned rooms offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. A parking space within the complex is provided for accommodation guests. This accommodation is open throughout the year, and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season. Balance Accommodation is located 11 km from Asprovalta, 9 km from Nea Vrasna, and 98 km from Thessaloniki airport.

There is a reception desk with a small lobby at the entrance to the facility. Pets are also welcome. The nearest shop and bakery are 400m away. The beach is located at a distance of about 350m, while the center is 450m away. All studios (20m2) are air-conditioned, with one French bed and one single bed each, TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (stove with two hotplates and refrigerator with freezer compartment), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, while cleaning is done daily. There is no private parking, but it is not a problem to find a parking space in the area, even in the peak season. To reach the property, at the entrance to Stavros, before the square with speedboats and yachts, and after the Arvanitidis market, turn left and drive straight for about 40m until you see this accommodation on the corner on the left. Maritsa's Rooms is located in the new part of Stavros, only 60m from the beach. It offers its guests a very nicely decorated yard, with a common grill and space for sitting and dining, as well as a private parking lot. The nearest store is 600m away, while the bakery is 1200m away, the same distance as the center. It has two-bed studios (15m2), with a French bed or two joined single beds, and three-bed studios (about 20m2), with a French bed and a single bed or three single beds. All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a chamber), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by the guests themselves. Maritsa's Rooms is ideal for families and travelers, who want a quiet vacation in excellent accommodation near the beach, and don't mind the slightly longer distance from the center of Stavros.

Fani Luxury Apartments is accommodation in the new part of Stavros, only 50m from the beach. Guests have at their disposal a daily reception, modernly equipped accommodation units, private parking and a coffee/snack bar. The nearest store is 200m away, the nearest bakery is 300m away, and the center is about 450m away. We offer nine five-bed maisonettes (about 35m2), with one double bed on the upper level, or two single beds and a sofa bed in the kitchen area on the ground floor. Also, in June 2017, a deluxe apartment (130m2) on the first floor, for a maximum of seven people, received guests for the first time. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two bunk beds and a trundle bed. It also has a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, and with all that, it also has a view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners and large refrigerator with chamber), safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets, bathroom and veranda, and a cot is available upon request. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every two days. Anastasia Mare Luxury Rooms is one of the few luxury accommodations in Stavros. It is ideal for couples and guests looking for a quiet vacation in excellent accommodation, near the beach, which is approximately 150 m away. It is located in the new part of Stavros (west coast), about 900 m from the center. The nearest shop is 300 m away, while the bakery is 700 m from the accommodation. The studios are intended for a stay of 2 to 4 people and are located in the semi-basement, high ground floor, on the first and second floors. In the semi-basement there are units Lavender Whisper (2 Bed Studio, Semi-Based, Sea View) and Minimal White (4 Bed Studio, Semi-Based, Sea View). On the upper ground floor there are units Green Duet (2 Bed Studio, Mountain View), Gray Simplicity and Pleasant Dream (2 Bed Studio, Sea View). On the first floor there are units Red Bouquet (4 Bed Studio, Mountain View), Blue Dream (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Sea View) and Blue Touch (3 Bed Studio, Two-level, Sea View). Blue Dream / Touch studios are on two levels, with a gallery. On the top floor is the Cool Elegance unit (3 Bed Studio, Loft, Mountain View). The studio has a double bed in the area where the kitchen is located, as well as one single bed in a separate area (without a door). The bathroom is located between those two spaces. The studios are new, modernly equipped, air-conditioned, with internet access, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped and have a two-burner hob and a small fridge. Bathrooms have shower cabins. The property overlooks a part of the beach that offers a lot of space for visitors with their own equipment, because the beach is long and wide, with a beach bar (Kazani Kozi) that is completely shaded by trees (here you can enjoy a drink or order a quick meal, and on the beach in front there are several umbrellas with chairs). For stays longer than seven days, the cleaning of accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but there is an open space right across the street where guests can easily park their car. If you are looking for new and more modern accommodation in a quiet location in Stavros, Anastasia Mare Luxury can be an excellent choice.

300 m from the beach in Stavros there is a brand new building called Mei's luxury apartments. The accommodation has five studios that can accommodate 2-4 people. The guests have at their disposal neat and air-conditioned accommodation units, Wi-Fi internet, a small landscaped yard, and the friendly owners are there for any question and help. The town center is about 1 km away, while the nearest shop is 500 m from the accommodation. The accommodation has one 2 Bed Studio (20 m²), two 3 Bed Studios (25 m²) and two 4 Bed Studios (35 m²). Smaller units are located on the ground floor, while four-bed units are on the first floor. 2 Bed Studio has one double bed, 3 Bed Studio has one double and one single bed, while 4 Bed Studio has one double bed and two single beds on the gallery, which can be combined into one double bed if necessary. The studios have an equipped kitchen (two hotplates, standard refrigerator, necessary dishes), TV, Internet access, private bathroom with a small bathtub, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as terraces with seating that overlook the street or the back yard. During their stay, guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Behind the house guests have at their disposal a small yard with a place to sit. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests park in front of the house, and since the streets are quite wide, it is not a problem to find a place even in the high season. If you choose Stavros for your vacation and want to stay in a new, modern accommodation close to the beach, Mei's apartments are the right choice for you.

Marika house is an accommodation located in Stavros on the road to Ano Stavros. It is a building with eight pleasant and tidy accommodation units. Private parking, internet and air-conditioned units are available to guests, while friendly owners and a quiet location are additional advantages of this accommodation. House Marika is located about 500 m from the beach. There are also shops and a pharmacy nearby. The accommodation has two two-bed studios (one of which has a capacity of 2+1), four studios with a capacity of up to three people, i.e. 3+1, as well as one duplex apartment and one standard apartment. Four studios are located on the ground floor and have one double and one single bed, and three of them have a sofa bed. The two studios are at the front of the house and have a private sitting area, while the two studios at the back are on the high ground floor. Guests staying in these two studios have access to a fenced yard at the back of the house with a place to sit. On the first floor, there are two double studios with one double bed each, and one of them has a pull-out armchair, so that in addition to two adults, one child can also stay in this studio. The standard apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, while the second room, where the kitchen is located, has bunk beds. The duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and between the rooms there is a separate kitchen with a dining room. Apartments are also located on the first floor and have capacity for four adults, or two adults with two children. The duplex apartment has two bathrooms. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have equipped kitchens (two hotplates and necessary dishes), private bathrooms with small bathtubs and hair dryers. In the corridor there is a large number of board games available to guests. At the front of the house there are two 3+1 studios, both double studios and one bedroom duplex apartment. At the back of the house there is one 3+1 studio, one three-bed studio, a standard apartment and the second bedroom of a duplex apartment. Staying with pets is allowed, but with an additional fee that depends on the pet's weight. Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done in agreement with the accommodation owners. The accommodation also has a private parking lot located not far from the property, about 50 m away (on the street across from the house). Driving through Stavros (from the direction of Vrasna), you need to turn right before the roundabout (after Poseidon pizzeria) and continue straight and slightly uphill until you see the beautiful Marika house on the right side of the road. If you are not a fan of carnival, and you are planning a holiday around August 15th, the owner advises you to avoid booking units located in front of the house, because on that day it can be quite noisy due to the large number of people participating in the carnival and passing by the house itself. We would recommend House Marika to guests who like a combination of mountain/village environment and the sea and enjoy easy walks, because all facilities in the place, the city beach and Platani beach are within walking distance.
