Accommodation Estia Studios is located in a quiet part of Stavros, not far from the largest market in this famous resort. We offer studios for 2-4 people. The beach is about 700 m away, and the nearest market (Discount) is 200 m away. The center with cafes and restaurants is about 1 km away. Studios (18 m²) are located in the semi-basement (five steps below ground level) and on the first floor. Study no. 1 and 2 are located on the first floor and are similarly decorated - each with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Study no. 3 and 4 are located on the same floor and are similarly equipped - each has two double beds (one 160x200 and the other 140x200). These units have a safe and coffee makers. Study no. 5, 6 and 7 are located in the semi-basement, and the furniture in these units is wooden, unlike those upstairs. There is also an additional level in them, with one step down to the bed. Terraces (on the first floor) or verandas (in the semi-basement) are separated by decorative wooden fences, so they are not completely private. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV and hair dryer. Mosquito nets are only available in semi-basement units. The kitchens are simply furnished, with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, and dining utensils. The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, while bed linen and towels are changed on request every 3 or more nights, in agreement with the owners. When entering the yard, on the left side there is a beautifully decorated summer house (gazebo), where you can enjoy with family and friends in the shade throughout the day. There is also a barbecue. The owners live on the second floor of the building and are available for anything needed. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, so guests can park nearby without any problems. Christian House is located in Stavros, a place surrounded by hills and pine forest which is considered a spa town, 700 m from the sandy beach. The property is located in a green oasis, with a spacious yard to enjoy, as well as a barbecue, creating the perfect environment for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The accommodation unit is located on the first floor and can accommodate four adults and three children. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and one single bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave and a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. From the balcony, equipped with seating, guests can enjoy the view of the yard. In the landscaped yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. Pets are not allowed. Guests are provided with a parking space. The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay if the reservation is for 10 nights. These services are not provided for shorter periods of stay. Kali Home is located in the small coastal town of Stavros, near Thessaloniki. The accommodation is open all year round and is an ideal choice for those looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a peaceful holiday. The nearest sandy beach is 850 meters away, while a large supermarket, with a bakery and ready meals, perfect for all daily needs, is only 80 meters away. Within this accommodation there are two rooms, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, intended for two adults and two children. The rooms are newly built and carefully designed for a pleasant stay for guests. Each room has a double bed, a sofa for two people (1.20x1.90 m), a bathroom with a shower and a glass screen/curtain, as well as a kitchenette for preparing light meals (cooking and frying are not allowed). Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot, a baby feeder and a bottle sterilizer are available to guests. The rooms are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The room located on the first floor has a nice balcony with a table and chairs for sitting and a view of the yard, while the second room on the ground floor has a seating area in the yard. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Rooms are cleaned, towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day. Guests are provided with a parking space in front of the accommodation. It is located in a quiet part of town and offers guests privacy, proximity to the beach, yard and private parking. The center is about 800m away, the nearest market is 250m away, while the bakery is 650m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, toaster, large fridge), with a dining table and two sofa beds. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom that looks towards the sea, has a double bed and an extra bed, and this room is not separated from the lower part of the accommodation by a door. The villa has two verandas, one in the front and one in the back of the ground floor. The yard is fenced and landscaped and has a barbecue and a set for sitting and dining, with a parasol. In front of the yard is a private property that is used as a parking lot and it is possible to park several vehicles.
