The apartment is located in the center of Bar, next to the Telenor branch. It is only a five-minute walk from the town square, while the apartment is less than fifteen minutes from the town beach. In September 2013, it was renovated, the area of the apartment is 55m2, two-storey with a wooden gallery. The bathroom has a large bathtub, the kitchen is fully equipped.
