Our group of Rentaki Villas is located in the region of Limni Keri which is south - west of the island of Zakinthos .Our group is only 200 metres away from the beach with all its facilities (not a party area, but civilized tourist area where people have respect for each other and the environment, and energy is nice and low) and the little harbour of Limni as you can see in the photos. It is very close to supermarkets, bakery shops, taverns, and bars. It is far away from noise. Situated among the old olive trees with a view of the golf of Laganas and the island of Marathonisi . The construction was finished in 2005. and it consists of thirteen furnished luxurious apartments. Using Rentaki Villas as base you can explore unique spots on the island within short distance by car, by boat or walking, like white beaches, cliffs, clear water,woods, the marine park, small islets,... Stamatis Liveris and his family will be happy to give personal approach and care to our guests making their permanence a real experience. We know the island, we know all the ins and outs of it and we can give answers to all your questions. In Rentaki you will refuel yourself. You will be charmed by the unspoiled views of the azzure clear waters, of the clear blue skies and of the neighbouring island of Kefallonia. Our Villas are located at Psarou beach at the east coast of Zakynthos island, next to the Blue Flag awarded Psarou beach at Meso Gerakari village. They are three individual buildings overlooking the azure blue waters of Ionian sea. "Kavos Psarou Villas" are located in "Biskinis" estate, which has 25.000m2 of private grounds, offering you the necessary calmness and privacy. Villas are just next to an olive grove. The owner's cottage is very close to the villa's comlplex and the owners (Biskinis family) are always willing to help you, to give you information and to offer their hospitality. The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are nice to trails to walk with hills towards the inland and plenty of beautiful mostly sandy beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea in the nearby area. Just next to the villas there is a nice fishermen's port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee. Built in three separate buildings, the complex consists of six villas: Maistros, Levantes, Aggeliki, Tzogia, Dario, Pigi, all with splendid sea view. All of our Villas have direct sea views not only from their balconies but also from the inside of the Villa. Villas are built in traditional way totally made from local stone and wood. My dear We will be happy to welcome you, friends and children in alegriavillas this summer. The Houses have 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8-9 people each one!! They are big enough (120m) each. They are made by stones, they are traditional and luxury. They are fool equipped with traditional furniture and embroidery which creates a village atmosphere . . It is very near the sea, (150-200m) from the three different beaches, (Sent Nikolas beach, Plaka beach, Banana beach). The beaches are fool of sand ,there are water sports beach bars and restaurants on the beach!! Very near the house (100-150m) there are mini markets, taverns, and a fantastic swimming pool (free entry) . There is play ground and BBQ The house is located in the famous marine park where caretta-caretta turtles lay their eggs. You can visit the park end see the turtles and the nests!! Fiore Sea View consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor. The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. Fiore Studios - Yellow Building - Porto Kaminia Beach ZanteInterconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request. All accommodation is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like. Fiore Sea View also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food.

Our rooms are equipped with kitchen with all facilities needed. There is also a large balcony with view to the beach and the rest of our village. Our rooms are about 80m from the beach and you can also find super markets, restaurants, bakery and bar.

Finally is first land in front of the sea , located in little hill . 300m walking down distance to the beach and 1,5 km by car to the little fisherman village-bars -cafes & taverns . There is also a diving center where someone can take diving courses. As well by rending your own little motor boat you can explore the beautiful galas and you go fishing and discover your own litlle beach and sunbath and swim totally alone!! The house is so peaceful, that you wake up with the singing of the birds. As the road is private there is no cars and noises!!
