On the main road, about 300m from the accommodation, there are bakeries, fast food restaurants and cafes, and 250m away you will find a large well-equipped Masutis supermarket. It has six studios, four on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. All studios have the same area (20m2), with the fact that the upstairs studios have higher ceilings, so they seem more spacious. The studios on the ground floor each have a double bed and a sofa bed of smaller dimensions, suitable for children, and an additional folding bed can be added. The studios on the first floor are furnished in the same way, but do not have a couch. They have a double bed and the possibility of inserting an additional extra bed. In front of the studios on the ground floor there are verandas with seating, and, like the studios on the first floor, which have private balconies, the verandas are covered with an awning and have views of the courtyard and the street. Upstairs studios are not available for rent in the 2023 season. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, a desk with a chair, wardrobes with shelves, clothes dryers, a terrace and a bathroom with an enclosed shower without a curtain. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, necessary dishes and a stove with two hotplates. Towels and bed linen are changed after 3-4 nights. The yard is small, but nicely decorated and fenced, and guests can use a brick barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the building. If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, it is best to turn right from the main highway in Nikita immediately after you pass the Masutis supermarket, after 270m you will find yourself in front of Easy Life accommodation. Easy Life Studios is open all year round and is a good choice for all those looking for new, quality and safe accommodation, within easy reach of all amenities in Nikiti.

Calypso Studios is located on the main street in the center of Nikiti. It is a renovated building, with private parking and an excellent price-quality ratio. The accommodation units are neat, well maintained and modestly furnished with new furniture, and the friendly owners are always there for anything you need. The accommodation is located about 650m from the main beach of Nikiti, which is beautiful and sandy. In the immediate vicinity there are a large number of shops with souvenirs, clothes and shoes, fast food restaurants, several taverns, car and bicycle rental agencies, two small markets. At the beginning of the street, less than 200 meters away, by the traffic light itself, there is a large bakery where you can buy fresh pastries, traditional sweets and ice cream, as well as a post office and a pharmacy. The owners live on the ground floor of the house, while on the first floor there are 10 renovated two-bed studios for rent. Eight studios have a double bed 1.5 m wide, while two judges have two single beds of standard width. The studios have a kitchenette with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a stove with two burners and all the necessary dishes for two (plates, pots, pans), a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, and wireless Internet with a very high-quality signal is available to guests. The studios are small (20m2), air-conditioned, neat and clean, have a TV set, mosquito nets and terraces spacious enough for a table and two chairs, all of which face the street or the bars and facilities next to the accommodation. There is not much furniture in the studios, only a bed and a combined wardrobe with a wardrobe and hangers. There are no bedside tables, tables and chairs. There is hot water in the accommodation 24 hours a day. Behind the accommodation there is a landscaped yard with a grassy area, where the little ones can play safely, but also the elderly can enjoy a midday break. The accommodation does not have private parking, but according to the owner, even in the height of the season, you can find a parking space in the alleys around the accommodation. When you pass the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, continue straight along the main road until you see the church on the right. At the church, turn right onto Neakitou Street and go straight until you reach the road along the beach itself, then turn right and drive like this for another 255 m. After the Vertigo beach bar, turn left and drive 165 m to the accommodation. Amaryllis Complex is a new accommodation built in 2017, consisting of 12 beautifully and modernly decorated four-bed apartments, without sea view. They are distributed on the high ground floor and on the first floor. All apartments are identical (30m2) and have a kitchen with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes, WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, shower cabin, mosquito nets and a private terrace. At the entrance to the apartments there is a dining room with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning and a wardrobe and a folding sofa the size of a French bed. Next to the dining room is a bedroom (separated by a door) with a double bed. A baby cot is available on request and included in the price, and can only be placed in the dining room. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every third day. Private parking is available to guests (there is one parking space for each apartment) and an elevator. All units have beautifully furnished, spacious and private balconies that you can completely cover with an awning with electronic opening/lowering control. The accommodation has satellite television, a good WiFi signal, air conditioning, mosquito nets, clothes dryers, soundproof rooms, and the facility is also suitable for people with special needs. A double studio can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child (with an extra bed or baby cot).
