En Ethria Villa is a very high quality accommodation, new and comfortable with modern furniture. It is located in a quiet, new neighborhood in Limenaria, known for its beautiful villas for rent and private houses. The courtyard is very spacious and meticulously decorated, the apartments are perfectly clean, the owners are very friendly. The beach is 400m from the accommodation and the city center is a kilometer away. The nearest supermarket is located at a distance of about 350m. The city center, the first taverns, restaurants and a supermarket are about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Just three minutes by car and you have already reached one of the most beautiful beaches in the south - Tripiti beach. The beach is 2 km long and the shore is sandy, while the water has sand and stones, depending on the part of the beach where you swim. There are hotels on it, in front of which are excellently arranged beaches that can also be used by guests of Villa En Ethria, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided with the ordered drink or coffee. Of course you can always place your own umbrella and towel. The building was built in 2009 but renovated several times. These are two buildings located in the same yard. Together they have eight accommodation units - three four-bed studios located on the ground floor, two maisonettes with one bedroom and a living room (ideal for four adults and one child) and three largest maisonettes with two bedrooms and a living room with a total of six beds. The four-bed studios on the ground floor are very spacious, with an area of ​​33m2. They contain a French or two singles and a sofa with a pull-out drawer and a full-size mattress. Studios, like all maisonettes, have air conditioning, TV and wireless internet signal. Maisonettes with one bedroom (58m2) for four or five people have a French bed (located in the upstairs bedroom with a separate door) and a living room on the ground floor equipped with a sofa bed (which can sleep two adults or two children) plus a sofa bed. The bathroom is upstairs. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen in the living room. The maisonette with two bedrooms (72m2) consists of a living room with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa with a normal size mattress and a bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor and are separated by a door and have a double bed and two single beds. The maisonette balconies are spacious and have a sea view and each of the maisonettes has two balconies, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All accommodation units have a nice view of the sea, except for the studios on the ground floor, which have a direct exit to the courtyard. Kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped. The accommodation is very clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days. The courtyard of the villa is beautifully landscaped, with two covered kiosks for dining or enjoying the courtyard. If you decide to grill, a brick grill is also provided. A parking space in the courtyard is provided for all guests. When coming from the direction of Prinos, 500m before the central intersection in Limenaria, on the left side of the highway you will see the sign for Limenaria, next to which is the sign for EnEthria Studios-Villas (there is also a turn for Discovery Hotel). There, at the sign, turn left and drive straight for about 200m, after which you turn left again and enter the courtyard from the upper side of the road. If you want quality, new and modern accommodation with a beautiful view, peace and comfort, an excellent base for visiting the island, but also close to an organized beach, En Ethria is an excellent choice. Within a range of 10 km there are a large number of popular beaches on the island (Psili Amos, Notos, Tripiti, Metalia, San Antonio), and Potos is 6 km away.

Villa Morfili is a very nice and modern accommodation in Limenaria. It offers comfortable, family apartments. It is located in a quiet place. The accommodation is excellent as a base for touring the island. Potos is only a five-minute drive away, and the surroundings of Limenaria are full of beautiful beaches. It is 700m from the central intersection and all other facilities (promenade, shops and taverns), but the nearest shop is 200m away. Villa Morfili is about 600m from the nearest beach (Metalija) and about 800m from the town. The building was built in 2009, has two floors and consists of five family apartments, distributed on the upper ground floor and on the first floor. The apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen, dining room and two single beds. The apartments are very spacious (about 40m2) and can accommodate up to five people with an extra bed. All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, equipped kitchen and wireless internet. Pets are allowed, but the owner must be informed about this when booking the accommodation. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three to four days. In a small yard, there is a summer house with a fifth apartment. It has its own brick barbecue and lawn with seating. Another grill is provided for guests of other apartments. Next to the villa there is enough space for safe and free parking. After arriving in Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection continue straight up the hill towards Potos. Before you reach the church (the third street from the intersection), turn left and drive about 150m to the end of the road. The villa is on the right, it is two-storey and has a stone facade. Part of the road is not paved. If you want better quality and comfortable accommodation, well maintained and with large terraces, away from crowds and heavy traffic, Villa Morfili is certainly one of the best choices you can make in Limenaria.

Aldebaran Apartments is a real oasis of peace and greenery, and here you will have all the conditions to have a nice rest. The accommodation is newer, has a swimming pool with a bar, as well as an excellent location because it is in the center, so all facilities in Limenaria are within reach, and yet it is tucked away enough and away from the noise and crowds. Aldebaran is located in the center of Limenaria, in a quiet and secluded location. The nearest store is 50m away, and the beach and the walking area are 150m away. Rooms, apartments and maisonettes are divided into three buildings located in the same courtyard. Studios are not available for online booking. In the first building, at the left end of the yard, there are 12 accommodation units (three apartments and nine studios). They are spread over three floors (ground floor, first and second floor) and all have a terrace overlooking the courtyard. On each floor there is one apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. This room leads to the terrace. The apartments have an area of ​​45m2. These units are numbered 101, 201 and 301. Six units have two joined single beds and a bed drawer. These studios have an area of ​​25m2. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a small refrigerator, while the bathroom has a shower. These studies are numbered 102, 103, 202, 203, 302 and 303. On each floor there is one double room with two single beds joined together and a pull-out armchair where a younger child can sleep. If this bed is also opened, the free space in the room is significantly reduced. We must mention that there is no stove in the kitchen. There is a shower in the bathroom. The rooms are smaller (25m2), but the terrace is spacious. These are studies number 104, 204 and 304. In the second building, there are only two maisonettes (M1 and M2) that are arranged in the same way. The area of ​​these units is 45m2. On the lower floor there is a sofa for two people, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a gallery that is not separated from the lower level by a door and has a double bed and a terrace with a view of the courtyard. The maisonettes are located next to each other, as soon as you enter the courtyard on the left. The third building was built in 2020 and is located right next to the pool. All eight accommodation units are modernly decorated. There are two studios on the upper ground floor, while six maisonettes are arranged on the first floor. Studio Danae (no.105) has three beds and has an area of ​​35m2. This unit does not have a terrace. The room has a French bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a semi-enclosed shower cabin. Studio Vasiliki (no.106) is decorated in the same way. The only difference is that this unit has a slightly smaller bathroom that has only tiles instead of a shower. Both units are designed for a maximum of three people. Maisonette Kallisti (no.205) can host up to six people and has an area of ​​60m2. Elsa Apartments is accommodation in Limenaria, close to the beach. This is one of the most popular accommodations from our offer and sells out very quickly. In addition to affordable prices, guests are also satisfied with the appearance and cleanliness, and some of the apartments also have a view of the sea. Private parking and a barbecue in the spacious yard are available to guests. The accommodation is located at the entrance to Limenaria, 1.5 km from the city center and 550 m from the beach. The city beach is long (2km) and has sandy and rocky parts. The nearest store is 850m away. We offer five comfortable apartments (40m2) and two studios (40m2). The first building was built in 2006. Two apartments are located on the high ground floor (eight steps above the level of the courtyard), and the third is on the first floor. All apartments have 2-3 terraces, a mini-kitchen, two single beds and a bathroom in the bedroom, as well as a separate living room with a sofa bed for two people. The upstairs apartment has a renovated bathroom and an entrance door like a sliding screen. Of the apartments on the upper ground floor, only one has a renovated bathroom. The new building was built in 2017. It has two identical apartments with two terraces each overlooking the courtyard. Both are modernly decorated and are located just a few steps above ground level. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, and in addition to the standard equipment, the kitchen also has a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and is located between the living room and the bedroom. From the 2019 season, there are also two studios on the ground floor, each with a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. They are located in a separate building in the yard, which they also have a view of. One studio is located at the front and the other at the back of the house. There is also one double studio (15m2) on the ground floor, which has a double bed and a sofa. There is no TV set in the unit. It has a quiet location, excellently equipped units and provides absolute comfort. The villa is 100m from the landscaped part of the beach in Limenaria, 200m from the supermarket and 1km from the center of Limenaria. The apartment has an area of ​​65m2, and has two terraces and a yard with seating in front of the villa. The studio has an area of ​​30m2. The apartment can host up to six people. It has a total of two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other two single beds. In the living room there is a folding sofa for two people. The kitchen is located in the living room, it is fully equipped and, in addition to dishes and cooking utensils, there is also a coffee machine, toaster and stove with a ceramic plate. Smeštaj je skromniji, klasičan apartmanski ali povoljan. Vlasnica priča srpski jezik jer je studirala u Srbiji. Smeštaj je od početka šetališta, restorana, prodavnica i taverni udaljen oko 200m, a najstroži centar grada je na oko 400m. Plaža je na 50 metara od smeštaja. Deo ispred vile je peščan na obali, a u vodi ima i peščanih i kamenitih delova. U blizini su uređeni delovi plaže sa sportovima na vodi i ležaljkama koje se dobijaju uz piće. Plaža je duga oko 2km i odlično je uređena ispred pojedinih hotela, pa svako može da nađe odgovarajući deo za sebe. Studios Vaso u ponudi ima dva dvokrevetna studija i jedan dvokrevetni apartman. Sve jedinice imaju po dva singl ležaja. Studiji i apartman se nalaze na prvom spratu, jedan studio je okrenut ka ulici, kao i apartman, dok je drugi studio sa strane mora, ali im direktan pogled dosta zaklanja hotel koji se nalazi ispred ovog objekta i koji je nedavno izgrađen (ne vidi se na slikama). Opis smeštaja Smaragda Villa se nalazi u centru Limenarije, blizu plaže i svih sadržaja ali izvan gužve. Smeštaj je pristojan i preporučujemo ga svima kojima je blizina plaže i centra presudna. Dobar je izbor za porodice sa decom ali i za dva para jer ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe. Gradska plaža u Limenariji se nalazi na 40m od vile i ima kafiće sa suncobranima i ležaljkama koji se mogu dobiti uz kupljeno piće ili kafu. Na nekoliko koraka od kuće počinje šetalište na kome je veliki broj restorana, taverni, picerija i prodavnica. U pitanju je stariji objekat izgrađen 80-ih godina ali vlasnica svake godine ulaže u njega. Za internet rezervacije dostupna su dva identična dupleks apartmana. Jedan je u visokom prizemlju a drugi na prvom spratu. Apartmani imaju bočni pogled na more sa terasa. U jednoj spavaćoj sobi se nalazi francuski krevet, a u drugoj tri singl kreveta. Ne postoji mogućnost dodavanja pomoćnog ležaja. Trpezarija i opremljena kuhinja su odvojene od spavaćeg dela. Apartmani imaju i svoja kupatila sa tuš kadicom i površinu između 60-65m2. Apartmani su opremljeni klima uređajem, televizorom, komarnicima i pristupom internetu (ruter je postavljen u prodavnici pored koja takođe pripada istim vlasnicima i signal postoji i u apartmanima). Vlasnica je starija gospođa i nije u mogućnosti da obavlja poslove čišćenja ali vam daje čiste peškire i posteljinu koje menjate sami. Vila nema privatni parking, ali s obzirom na to da nije u strogom centru grada, u neposrednoj okolini vile postoji slobodan prostor za besplatno parkiranje na ulici. Opis smeštaja Grand Villas je kvalitetan smeštaj u Limenariji, sa malim dvorištem i bazenom. Prilično je izolovan i van centra, pa je lokacija baš mirna. Plaža je udaljena od oko 500m, dok se najbliža prodavnica i centar Limenarije nalaze na 300-400m. U ponudi je osam četvorokrevetnih apartmana (30-40m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem u spavaćoj sobi, odnosno dva singl ležaja u dnevnoj sobi i pet dvokrevetnih studija (18m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem. Svi tipovi smeštajnih jedinica imaju opremljenu kuhinju, s tim apartmani imaju mini-šporet sa rernon. U sve jedinice može da se ubaci pomoćni ležaj. Smeštajne jedinice su klimatizovane, imaju TV sa satelitskim kanalima, mreže za komarce, fen za kosu, sef, peglu, besplatan WiFi i kablovski internet.
