The house is located in small Lošinj on the road from the city center to the beaches Čikat and Sunčana uvala. To the city is 200m and to the beach 300. The house has 3 apartments, one for 4-5 people, the second for 3 people and the third for 2-3 people. Each apartment has a secured parking space.
