The rooms are decorated with taste and the yard is ideal for enjoyment and rest. The beach is 50 meters away. The entrance to the water is rocky, while after a few meters there is sand. Kapsogeorgis Studios offers a total of 11 accommodation units: One studio (4 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) for four people located on the first floor and has one double bed in the living room and two single beds located in a separate area but there is no door between the rooms. The studio has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a view of the sea. Two maisonettes (50m2) that can accommodate up to five people and whose lower level is located on the high ground floor, and the upper level is on the first floor. On the upper floor (gallery) there is a double bed, and on the lower floor there is a sofa that folds out to become a double bed for two people and an armchair that folds out and can sleep one person. There are no doors between these two levels. Maisonettes have two air conditioners, one on each level. From the upper level you can see the sea, but there is no balcony up there, it is located on the lower level in front of the entrance. When you get off the ferry, follow the signs for Skala Potamia, then for Kinira, and when you enter the town of Kinira, after a few hundred meters on the right side of the road you will see Dimitrelis studios, and on the left the sign and turn for Kapsogeorgis studios. Turn left and drive about 50 meters and you will see accommodation on the left. The nearest store is Albatros, 250m from the accommodation, and the larger Carrefour supermarket, where you can find bread and bakery products, is 600m away, while the center is 700m away. Yanna Studios has five studios (17-20m2), one of which is on the ground floor, and four on the first floor. Studio number 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. This studio does not have a balcony because it is on the ground floor, but there is a table and chairs for sitting in front. The other studios (number 3, 4, 5 and 6) are located on the first floor and have their own balcony with chairs and tables for sitting. They also have a large common balcony at the back that all guests can use. All studios have two single beds, and studios number 3, 4 and 5 have one additional, auxiliary bed, which is located under one of the beds and can be pulled out and rented out for three people if necessary. The extra bed is not intended for adults. Studio number 3 is a little smaller than the other studios. We have to mention that pulling out the bed wastes space. After reaching the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden beach), turn left and then into the first street on the left. After 300-400m, you will see Villa Elegia on the left side of the street. Irida Apartments is right behind it. If you want very high-quality and comfortable accommodation in an excellent and quiet location, and close to all amenities and the beach, Irida Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Billena Villa is a very nice, new facility with a heavenly landscaped, fenced yard, so even the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around safely. The accommodation is very meticulously maintained and the owners pay special attention to providing their guests with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamija, about 800m from the center and about 900m from the beach. Billena Villa has a total of four rooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms face the large yard, while one triple and one four-bed room overlook a small yard at the back of the house. Room No. 1: consists of one double bed and one single bed, which can be pulled out from under the French bed. It is a standard bed that comes flush with a French bed. Room no. 2: like room no. 1, this accommodation unit also contains one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. Room No. 3: consists of a French bed and one sofa bed for two small children or one adult. We must mention that the space in the room is significantly narrowed if the sofa is stretched out. Room No. 4: consists of one French bed and two sofa beds. If both couches are stretched out, it affects the space in the room itself, but there is still enough space. The furniture is new and modern, and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, although slightly smaller (about 12m2). The rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, safety deposit box, veranda, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. For the 2025 season, a complete renovation of all accommodation units is being carried out. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three days. The fantastically landscaped yard is full of shade, grass, toys for children, seating, benches, olive trees and flowers. In the yard you will find darts, chess and other board games, and there is also a summer house with a brick barbecue, a dining table and a fully equipped shared kitchen. The second shared kitchen is located in the house, at the back. The courtyard can only be entered with a key, which guests receive with the room key. Private parking is provided to all guests of this accommodation. Since it is located on the main road, you will be able to spot this accommodation very easily. Seen from the direction of Limenas, this accommodation is on the right side of the main road and is very well signposted. If you want very high-quality accommodation, with a large yard for adults and children, a large and clean kitchen for preparing meals and enough parking space, Billena Villa is an excellent choice.

There are six studios on the upper ground floor, and a duplex apartment and two more studios on the first floor. The apartment is comfortable (60m2) and has an even bigger veranda (80m2). It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven. The bathroom with bathtub is located between the two bedrooms. There is an air conditioner in the living room. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a sofa bed. Four to six people can stay here. Of the eight double-bed studios, four have a double bed, and four have two single beds joined together. If necessary, a folding armchair can also be inserted. The area of ​​each studio is 20m2 and each has its own private balcony.
