Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every third day. The yard as such does not exist, but the building itself leads directly to the promenade. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can leave their vehicles in nearby public parking spaces. How to get there: The easiest way to get there is to go down from the center of town to the sea and the promenade. After the cafe "Smile", on the left you will see a narrow path drawn with lines - Chrisi Akti is located right behind the cafe. If you are looking for accommodation in the first row to the sea and close to the center, and you are not too demanding because it is a more modest facility, Chrisi Akti can be a good choice.

Kastrinou Studios is an accommodation with a spacious, fantastic courtyard for children and beautifully decorated studios. The accommodation is good for the gathering of several families. It has been rated excellent by previous guests. The accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamija, about 700m from the beach. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be found about 200m from the accommodation. Kastrinou Studios offers six four-bed studios (25m2), three of which are located on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The studios have a double bed and bunk beds, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, internet and iron. They are all almost identical, except that two studios do not have hair dryers. A cot is available on request. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. What gives it a special charm is a really large and beautifully decorated yard, suitable even for the youngest guests, because there is a playground where they can play freely. Practically everything is at your fingertips, from promenades, souvenir shops, the first markets and bakeries - practically everything is a few steps away. The building is located in the center of Skala Potamije, 150m from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. The nearest market and bakery are located across the street. Accommodation units are located on the first floor, where there is a common kitchen for all guests, which, apart from two stoves, has all the necessary kitchen appliances. Also, there is a large shared balcony on the first floor with several tables and chairs, where you can enjoy and spend time. There are six accommodation units in total: Rooms number 101 and 102 are identical, they have one double bed from which a single drawer bed can be pulled out, and one additional fold-out bed for a child can also be inserted. Rooms number 103, 104 and 106 are identical, they have one double bed from which a single bed drawer can be pulled out. Room number 105 is the most spacious and can accommodate up to five people - two adults and three children. It contains one French bed from which a single drawer bed is pulled out and another standard single bed from which a single drawer bed is pulled out. The rooms have kitchen elements, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine as well as the necessary dishes and utensils for dining, but for preparing meals there is a well-equipped shared kitchen available. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and always available to their guests. Apartments Lena are located at the very entrance to Skala Potamija, on the right side of the highway. The nearest beach is sandy and is 250m from the accommodation, as is the center of Skala Potamije. It is an object that offers two two-bed studios (19m2), two three-bed studios (19m2), one four-bed studio (19m2), as well as one apartment with two bedrooms (40m2). On the ground floor there is one two-bed, two three-bed and four-bed studios. The double studio consists of one French bed. They overlook the building next door and consist of a ground floor with a sofa bed for two people, while upstairs there is a double bed and bunk beds. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and TV set. Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every fourth day. There is a private parking lot, about ten meters from the accommodation. The yard, although not so spacious, is very well maintained and mostly paved. There are two entrances to the accommodation, from the direction of the beach and from the back of the building. When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden beach), turn left and drive straight until you reach the promenade and the sea, then turn left again until you see the hotel on the right. Ester Luxury is a new and modernly equipped accommodation located right next to the coast, so the accommodation units offer a partial or direct view of the sea. Private parking is provided for all guests. The facility is located in Skala Potamia, just a five-minute walk from the center. The beach in front of the accommodation itself is rocky and not suitable for swimming, but just a few steps away there is a well-maintained sandy area with sunbeds and umbrellas that tourists can use with a drink. Ester Luxury has a total of nine rooms without a kitchen, one of which is on the ground floor, seven on the first floor and one on the second floor. Room no. 8 is a four-bed room and is the only one located on the ground floor. This unit has one double bed and a sofa bed for two smaller children (dimensions 1.40 x 1.90m). The room does not have a balcony, but a veranda with a side view of the sea. Rooms no. 2 and 3 have the same furniture arrangement. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa, and are suitable for two adults and two small children, but they are slightly smaller than the room on the ground floor.
