As the main advantage of the accommodation, we would single out the large common terrace at the top of the building, with seating and barbecue, which offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea and is perfect for socializing and enjoying. The beach and the nearest restaurant are 250m away from the accommodation, the nearest market is 300m away, and the bakery is 400m away. The studios are located on the ground floor, first and second floors. The building has an elevator, and it was built in such a way that it descends from the level where the entrance is to the ground floor. The studio on the ground floor is the largest, measuring 30m2, while the units on the first floor are slightly smaller, 26m2. All studios in the bedroom separated by a wall (no door) have a double bed, and in the kitchen a single bed from which another single drawer bed can be pulled out.
