The hotel was renovated in 2014 and offers tourists five two-bed studios, three three-bed studios and three four-bed family suites (11 units in total). An extra bed can only be inserted in the studios. The apartments have one double bed and a kitchen in one room, while the other has a bathroom and a second double bed. The apartment on the second floor has a view of the mountain, as does one apartment on the third floor, while the other apartment on the third floor overlooks the sea. The double studio on the third floor has two joined single beds and a side view of the sea. Two double studios with direct sea view have French beds and are located on the first and second floors. The owners also own another property, Villa Asterias 2, which is only 30m from the hotel. Cleaning of the studio and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets. Coming from Prinos, turn right at the central intersection in Limenaria and go down to the promenade. When you go right along the water, towards a row of restaurants, above the last one in that row, before the little bridge, you will see this hotel. You can get to the hotel by turning right at the very entrance to Limenaria (from the direction of Prinos), right after the Triada Hotel, driving to the coast and then turning left and driving along the coast for about 200m to the hotel. It is a very nice building, with three stars, built ten years ago, and completely renovated in 2023. It has a restaurant and a bar with a garden on the beach, a reception, an elevator, a swimming pool with a shallow and deep part and a jacuzzi, and a separate parking area. Guests have at their disposal double and triple rooms, with the possibility of adding another bed, on the ground floor and on the first and second floors, with a view of the sea or the pool. All are nicely decorated, bright, spacious enough, equipped with modern furniture. All rooms have a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, safe, hair dryer, telephone, radio, iron, wireless internet signal. Everything is included in the price, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and around the pool. We offer bed and breakfast (continental breakfast) or half board (dinner - choice from the menu). Breakfast is served in the garden next to the beach and is a special pleasure. The beach is very close to the hotel entrance, a few meters away. There is sand on the shore, and there are stones in the water. The sea is mostly clean. From there, the beach continues for 2-3 kilometers, so you can always find a part that you like and that suits you. About 600 meters from the hotel is a small city beach in Limenaria, and 3 kilometers from there is the famous Tripiti beach. The first facilities (market, bakery, restaurants, promenade...) are close to the hotel, a few minutes' walk away. Parking space is provided for you, which is a special convenience in the central part of Limenaria. You can get to the hotel by going to the entrance to Limenaria (from the direction of Prinos), turn right immediately after the Triada Hotel, drive to the coast and then turn left and drive along the coast for about 200m to the hotel. It is a three-star hotel. Apartments Smaro are a family house located in the center of Limenaria, but in a quiet place because the street in which they are located is tucked away. It offers comfortable family apartments that are just a step away from all amenities, as well as the beach. The apartments are very bright, equipped with new and beautiful furniture. The large city beach with a length of 2 km is only 100 m away, and the small city beach is about 250 m away. The owners of the villa live on the first floor, while on the ground floor there are two comfortable duplex apartments, renovated in 2017. The apartments have two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a small oven. In one room there is a double bed, while in the other there are two single beds. An extra bed can be inserted if necessary. The apartments are between 55-60m2. The unit with a sea view is slightly smaller. Balconies are separated, covered with vines and surrounded by flowers. Only one of them has a sea view. The owners of the villa are very kind and accommodating. The apartments are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV set. Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Guests can park on the street in front of the house, where there is usually space. The villa is located in the city center, but since it is in a small street hidden from traffic and crowds, you don't have to worry about noise. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection turn right towards the sea and immediately after 20m, turn right again into the first paved street, next to the Malliatos supermarket. It is a dead end road that leads you to the accommodation. Villa Smaro would suit all those who need comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. It is about 100m away from the promenade and all other facilities, such as cafes, supermarkets and taverns. The villa is about 5 km from Potos, and the beaches of Psili Amos, Notos, Rosso Gremos, San Antonio and Tripiti are only a few minutes' drive away.

Passa Studios is decent and affordable accommodation in the center of Limenaria, a stone's throw from all the amenities this place has to offer. The accommodation is a classic apartment, with wooden furniture and comfortable units. The accommodation is 200 meters from the city beach and 100 meters from the main intersection. The nearest beach is 2 km long and has sandy and rocky parts, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided free of charge with the ordered drink or coffee. The house was built in 1985, but the owners invest in its maintenance every year. The house has four accommodation units for rent. All of them are different from each other in the arrangement of rooms and beds. We offer three studios (two-bed, three-bed and four-bed) and one apartment (four-bed). At street level there are a four-bed studio (about 35m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed for two and one four-bed apartment (about 30m2) with one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom and a single sofa in the living room. The house has one three-bed (30m2) and two-bed studio (20m2) in the basement. These accommodation units are below the level of the highway, on the other side of the house, but it is not a real basement because they are at the level of the yard, they are not buried. The three-bed studio has one king-size French bed and a sofa for one person, a kitchen and a bathroom. The double studio has one king size French bed. These two accommodation units have a sitting area in front separated by a partition (as you can see in the pictures). Apartments and studios have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, bathroom and veranda with seating furniture, which you can see in the photos. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done every four days. A brick grill is available to guests in the small yard, and there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. There are several private parking spaces next to the house, and along the street it is also not difficult to find a parking space. The accommodation is located on the right side of the highway in Limenaria, seen from the direction of Prinos, before the central intersection. Passa Studios is the first house after Hlios supermarket. If you are not too demanding when it comes to accommodation, you want modest and decent accommodation within a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and all amenities in the city, then Passa Studios can be a good choice.

Keramidi Villa is one of the most popular accommodations we offer in Limenaria. It offers its guests beautiful and fully equipped apartments in a quiet location and thus provides the opportunity for a wonderful vacation during your stay on Thassos. Villa Keramidi is located in Limenaria and is one of the most sought after because of the comfort it provides. It is located in a quiet area, slightly removed from the city, 650m from the intersection and about 1km from the city beach. A well-stocked and affordable supermarket is about 150m from the house, and a bakery about 300m away. You can also walk to the city in ten minutes. It was built in 2008 and has spacious, new and modern apartments (45m2). There are five apartments in total (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor). All apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a dining room, an equipped kitchen and two sofa beds. It is not possible to add an extra bed. Each apartment has satellite TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wireless internet. The terraces are very spacious, and each apartment has two of them (on both sides of the house). The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive and speak Serbian very well. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. The price includes final cleaning only. Private parking is available to guests, as well as a barbecue in the yard. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria, turn left towards the interior of the island (towards Kastro). After driving for 650m, turn left and you will see a villa on the right side of the road. If you want good and affordable accommodation in a quiet location, which will serve as a base for visiting the island, Keramidi Villa is the ideal choice for you. .

Giota Studios is an accommodation at the entrance to Limenaria. It is a very nice and decent accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for vacation in the truest sense of the word. The owner maintains a high level of hygiene. Since the building is on a hill, most of the units have excellent views. The owners are extremely kind, accommodating and unobtrusive. The strictest city center is about 1 km from the villa. The beach is about 250m away. The coast is sandy, and there are rocky and sandy parts in the water. The part of the beach that is in front of the luxury hotels is organized, with sunbeds and umbrellas that you can rent or get for free with a drink. The supermarket is 300m away. Giota (Jota) Studios offers three studios on the second floor, one apartment on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor (a few steps below the level of the courtyard). Two studios are two-bed (20m2), both have a double bed, one of them has a direct view, while the other looks at the sea from the side. The third studio is a three-bed studio (25m2), has one double bed and one single bed each and looks towards the mountain and slightly towards the sea. The apartment on the first floor (70m2) is a duplex, has two bedrooms and a view of the sea. In the first there are two single beds, and in the second a double bed narrower than standard. There is a sofa bed in the living room with the kitchen. Only this unit has a washing machine and an oven. The apartment located on the ground floor is a few steps below the level of the courtyard. It has three rooms, two bedrooms, with two single beds, i.e. one French bed narrower than standard, and a living room with a sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for one large family, two families or two couples. It can accommodate up to five people. All accommodation units have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, terrace, iron and wireless internet. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, while cleaning is done daily. The yard is small and paved, with a barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the house. The accommodation is located 1 km before Limenaria, seen from the direction of Prinos, on a hill on the left side of the highway, from which there is an excellent view of the sea. When you reach the intersection with the Discovery Hotel sign, turn left and drive uphill. Our advice is to avoid the uphill on the other side because of the steepness. If you want peace, quiet, a nice view, decent prices and accommodation as a good base for tours, this house is an excellent choice. The location is excellent, because it is in the south of the island where there are many popular beaches, and Potos is only 6 km away.

Halkias Studios is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is located close to the beach, at the entrance to Limenaria and has very favorable prices. The units are spacious, and some of them have a view of the sea, while others look towards the mountain. Guests can pay for breakfast and half board. The owners are wonderful people always ready to help. The accommodation is 100m from the beach. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can pay for breakfast or lunch. The villa is in the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close. It has a great base for touring and exploring the island. The strictest center of Limenaria is less than 1.5 km away, or about 15 minutes' walk. In the town there is a promenade with a large selection of shops, restaurants, taverns and supermarkets. The city beach, which is a two-minute walk from the villa, is partly sandy and partly rocky. It is 2 km long, so everyone can find the part that suits them best. There is also a large, well-stocked supermarket near the villa, some 600m away. The villa was built in 1984. It consists of five studios distributed on the ground floor (high ground floor) and on the first floor. They can be double, triple and quadruple. We also offer two four-bed apartments. Studio number 6 (16m2) is a double room. It is located on the first floor and has one double bed and a view of the sea. Two four-bed studios (25-30m2) on the first floor have one double and two bunk beds. One has a view of the sea (No. 5), while the other overlooks the mountain (No. 4). The remaining two studios (40m2) on the first floor have four single beds. Number 1 has a view of the sea, and studio number 2 has a view of the mountain. In studios number 1 and 2, it is possible to add an extra bed, which is smaller than the standard beds, so a larger person would not be able to accommodate it, because it would be uncomfortable. The apartments (45m2) were built in 2025 and are designed for up to four people. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor. In the bedroom there is one French bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, with a standard mattress. Apartment number 7 has a slightly smaller balcony and overlooks the back yard (there is a tall screen made of artificial leaves), while apartment number 8 has a view of the highway. Some studios have a view of the sea, but they also face the highway, so they are noisier than the rooms at the back of the house. The rooms are different in size, some are smaller, some are more spacious. The terraces are narrower. The four-bed studios are very spacious. All units have a mini-kitchen, terrace, air conditioning, TV, bathrooms and WiFi internet. The furniture in the studios is classic, wooden. The studios on the second floor are not available for online booking. Breakfast is from 8-10 a.m., and lunch/dinner is served until 4 p.m. Drinks are not included in the price. With the owners, guests can agree on the choice of dishes every day. The owner of the villa maintains a high level of hygiene. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 4-5 days. The landlady is very kind, so you can arrange a more frequent change of bed linen and towels with her on the spot. The villa has a private parking lot. The accommodation is located 1.5 km in front of Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, on the left side of the highway. We recommend this villa to everyone who wants an affordable vacation option. The price is much lower compared to other similar villas, and the accommodation is quite decent.

The location of this villa is excellent, because it is located in the heart of the city, and it is protected from the noise of cafes and restaurants. The studios have been renovated and look very decent with modern furniture. The nearest beach in front of the Ralitsa hotel is 150m away, as are the nearest supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. Three studios are available to tourists on the upper ground floor (one double and two triple with the possibility of inserting another single bed). The rest of the villa is used by the owners as their private rooms. The studios are entered directly from the street, via a staircase and a large porch (common terrace). The two-bed studio has its own separate staircase and porch, while the two three-bed studios have a common staircase and a large porch. The porch has a table and chairs for each studio. From the large communal porch, you can see the brick bridge and the sea diagonally, in the direction of the Ralitsa hotel. In the double studio (25m2) there is one French bed, kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Three-bed studios have one French bed and one single bed each, but also enough space to insert another single bed if necessary. The studio includes a kitchen, as well as the entrance to the bathroom, which was renovated this year. The furniture is new and modern. One studio has an area of ​​30m2, and the other 35m2. In agreement with the owner, guests can pay for some of the meals at the Asterias restaurant (owned by the same owner) on the beach itself, which is only 30m from the villa. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the main intersection in Limenaria and drive downhill to the police station. Turn right onto the promenade and after about a hundred meters you will see the hotel and restaurant Asterias. The villa is located right behind this building. The great advantage of the villa is that all the facilities that this place offers are available within a minute's walk, so evening walks are a real pleasure without using a car. The accommodation is in the south of the island, so almost all the Pular beaches are very close.

The terrace looks directly at the sea, there are wonderful sunsets and the yard is spacious, so there are many places for grilling, socializing and parking. It is located about a kilometer from the city center. The beach that is directly in front of the house is sandy on the shore, while there are stones in the water, but next to this accommodation there is the Blue View hotel, in front of which is one of the most beautiful parts of the city beach, with sand in the water and on the shore. The hotel's deckchairs and umbrellas can be used with the purchased drink. It is an older but renovated building, built in 1980, which consists of two apartments and one studio. The apartments have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and an area of ​​about 40m2. The bedrooms have two and three single beds. The kitchen is decently equipped. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. The apartments are suitable for two couples. There is one TV in the apartment (in one bedroom), and the air conditioner is in the hallway and cools the whole apartment. The studio has three beds (three single beds) and has an area of ​​about 20m2. The kitchenette is separate. All accommodation units have sea view and internet access. This building is modest and of older construction, which cannot be clearly seen in the photos. Bathrooms are very small, no bathtub or shower (only tiles). Mosquito nets are on the windows. There is no hair dryer in the studios and apartments, but the owner has one that she gives to the guests to use. The owner also has a washing machine that guests can use. Only small pets are allowed. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every five days. The yard is spacious with tables and chairs for sitting. There are also showers in the yard. Parking is provided. Driving from Prinos towards Limenaria, a kilometer before it, you will see the SunRay hotel on the right side of the highway. To get to Topouzis Studios, you should turn right there, past the SunRay Hotel, then drive right next to the coast for about 100m and you will come across the gate of Topouzis Studios, which is right after this hotel. Topouzis Studios 1 is a modest accommodation where guests can enjoy the proximity of the beach and the sunsets. The villa is in the south of the island, so some of the most popular beaches on Thassos are nearby. You can reach the center of Limenaria on foot, along the promenade along the coast.
