Apartments Thalassa is a newly built and very modern complex of penthouses and studios in Skala Potamia at about 85m from the beach. When you start from the central crossroads in Skala Potamia to descend to the sea, turn into the first street on the left and after some 200m on the left you will see on the left a sign for Thalassa apartments. The complex consists of one studio and five penthouses. When you enter the complex, you first come across a studio that is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio is about 27 m2 and has one double bed, and if necessary, one extra bed for a child can be added. After the studies, there is the largest penthouse of about 40 m2 and it is the only penthouse that has a small balcony upstairs, while all other penthouses (and there are 4 more) have a smaller gallery upstairs and no balcony and an area of about 35 m2. All penthouses are similarly equipped and have a double bed on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor in all penthouses there is a double French bed. An extra bed for a child can be added to all penthouses. All kitchens are well equipped, and guests also have at their disposal an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins. Guests can use two brick barbecues located at the back of the building, where there is also a covered seating area. The owner owns a large plot next to the building where guests can park their cars under the shade of olive trees. Accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the facilities that this place offers, as well as near the beach.

Hotel Liberty is located in Golden Beach on a slight elevation to the left of the main road from the direction of the villages of Panagia and Limenas. There is a wooden sign to turn towards the hotel and it is easy to spot. From that sign, turning left into the street, after about thirty meters, you will see the hotel's covered parking lot on the right side, and then the hotel itself in pink tones. It is less than 100 meters away from the beach, and about fifty meters from the first facilities needed by tourists (supermarket, restaurants ...). Liberty is an excellent, new and modern small hotel, with arranged access, the mentioned covered parking next to the building for 7-8 cars and another parking (without canopy) on the other side of the building for 2-3 cars, reception, nicely decorated hall and 11 accommodation units (10 studios and one apartment). The studios are spacious (they have 23-25m2) and are located on the ground floor (three brand new and beautiful studios with bright furniture, modern kitchen, bathroom and porch at the level of the parking lot) and upstairs. It can accommodate 2-3 adults or two adults and two children. As a rule, they have one double or two single beds and a folding armchair, and a slightly shorter bed for a child (up to 10 years old) can be added as the fourth. Upstairs studios have large balconies with direct or side views of the sea, or the surrounding hills and greenery. The apartment is extremely spacious (40m2) and is designed to accommodate four adults or two adults and 2-3 children. It consists of two rooms, the first has two single beds, kitchen and entrance to the bathroom, and the second has a double bed. It also has two large connected balconies overlooking the street, surrounding hotels and villas, greenery and the sea. All accommodation units are equipped with new and modern furniture, have a kitchen with all necessary appliances, sherpas, dishes and cutlery, high class bathroom with shower and curtain, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets and tumble dryers on the balcony. Cleaning of accommodation units is done daily, and change of bed linen and towels every three days (if necessary and the wishes of guests and more often). All in all, Liberty is a very pleasant hotel in a good location close to the beach, with beautiful, spacious and well-equipped accommodation units at reasonable prices, parking and friendly staff. It seems to me that it meets all the conditions for a quality vacation. Golden Beach is an ideal place for everyone who wants a peaceful vacation, without nightlife and entertainment. However, the capital, Limenas, is only a 10-minute drive from the Liberty Hotel, so you can have fun whenever you want.

Sotiria Studios is located in the small town of Skala Rachoni. You can reach them by driving straight after the big market on the right in Skala Rachoni, turn at the fourth section after this market and drive towards the sea. You will see them after 200m from the separation from the highway, on the right side of the street. They are located on a very large estate, full of olives and greenery, surrounded by peace and quiet. They are about 50 meters away from the beach. In this real family paradise for rest and enjoyment there is one apartment, as well as 3 studios. One studio is for triple and it has a double bed and one single bed. Two studies are four-bed. Both have a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The apartment is duplex and is located in a separate house. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two connected single beds. The air conditioning is in the hallway. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen. The terrace is spacious and guests have at their disposal two large tables with chairs. All have air conditioning, TV, terrace or veranda, wireless internet signal, bathroom, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The yard is really huge, with lots of space and a grassy area with toys for children, 3 brick barbecues, one summer kitchen for preparing meals, furniture for sitting, enjoying and socializing in the shade, with private parking. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days. If you want an ideal and isolated place for a real vacation near the sandy beach with shallows, lots of greenery, shade, space for children to play and enjoy with friends, Sotiria Studios can be a great choice. It is a decent and modest accommodation with a fantastic yard. It is about 500m away from the center and all amenities, 8km from the capital Limenas and a few steps from the sandy beach.

Villa Mantesos is located in Kinira, between the main road and the beach. Distance from the beach is only 50 meters. When you come from the direction of Prinos, you will see the sign of Mantesos on the right side of the road. Within the house there are two penthouses, one apartment and one double studio. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea. The balconies are spacious and partitioned. Two penthouses are upstairs, and the apartment and double studio on the high ground floor. The owners made an effort to beautify the atmosphere in the rooms with colors, so each room has bedspreads, curtains and some other small details that are the same color. The double studio is in blue. There are 2 connected single beds in the studio. The apartment is in orange. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a kitchen, a single bed and one sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one is entered from the bedroom and the other from the living room. One maisonette is in pink and has four beds (one French and 2 single beds), and the other maisonette is orange-green and can accommodate 5 people because there are a double bed and 3 single beds. The accommodation has a very good location and the accommodation is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The windows have mosquito nets. Parking is in the yard, in the shade. The yard is very spacious with a barbecue and furniture for sitting, dining and enjoying, but also for running children. Mantesos villa is very close to the sea, so you will enjoy the view of the endless blue, open sea. If you want decent accommodation near the beach, ideal for a vacation in the true sense of the word, Mantesos can be a great choice. It is only a minute's drive from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Paradise beach, and only ten minutes drive from Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, as well as the famous beaches of the same name.

The apartment is the only accommodation unit adapted for the stay of persons with disabilities. There is one double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room with kitchen. An extra bed is also available, so the maximum capacity of the apartment is five people. The beach is about 500 meters away and can be reached by a path that passes by the nearby Hotel Aristotelis. There are ten studios, two-bed and three-bed, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, as well as one suite-type apartment located on the second floor. The apartment consists of two rooms. In the first room, which is separated by a sliding door, there is a kitchen and two large single beds, while in the second room, separated by a standard door, there is a double bed. Both rooms have access to a large common terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding trees that surround the accommodation. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, kitchen with small fridge and stove, internet and bathroom with shower and curtain.
