It is a recently renovated, modernly decorated building whose biggest advantage is its location, considering that you are a few steps away from all the facilities that Skala Potamija offers, from restaurants and beach bars to markets, bakeries and souvenir shops. The hotel is located in Skala Potamija, in the first row from the sea and 200m from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. In its rich offer, it has 16 accommodation units with a capacity of 2-4 people. There are eight standard rooms facing the rear courtyard, six rooms with side sea view, one studio with side sea view and one family studio with courtyard view. All accommodation units are equipped with a French bed and, depending on how many people are staying, the owners insert a couch or a sofa bed if necessary. The area of ​​the rooms is about 18m2, while the square footage of the studios varies, from 22m2 to 24m2. The family studio is located on the second floor, as well as the studio with a side view of the sea. Double rooms are located on the first and second floor, as well as rooms with a side view of the sea. All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, electric kettle and bathroom. Only the studios have a small kitchen in their unit, unlike the rooms. Internet access is also available to guests. Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every other day. Private parking is provided for guests of this accommodation. When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden beach), turn left and drive straight until you reach the promenade and the sea, then turn left again until you see the hotel on your left. The first market is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is certainly its location, considering that you are only a few steps away from the entrance to the water. The downside is the smaller square footage of the rooms, but if you want accommodation near the sea, it can't be closer than this. Elina Studios is located in the very center, a few steps from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. The accommodation is modest, but the location is really fantastic, it almost couldn't be better because everything a place has to offer is at your fingertips. This facility is located in Skala Potamija, i.e. in the very center and is only 50m away from the beach. Two air-conditioned studios (22m2) for four people are available, which can be reached by a circular staircase and entered via a large terrace overlooking the center of the town, the surrounding hills, the beach and the sea. The studios have two joined single beds and two folding armchairs, a kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture is classic apartment furniture, and the kitchen and bathroom are of medium quality. It is decent and clean. Guests have at their disposal an extremely large veranda with a canopy, common to both studios, where you can sit, enjoy, dine and let the children play. The studios also have separate balconies, which overlook the back of the building. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, and cleaning is done daily. This accommodation does not have its own private parking, so you have to leave your vehicle in one of the public parking spaces. Coming from Skala Panagia, turn left at the central intersection and drive to the sea, the house is on the left. The studios are located above Giorgos pastry shop and Mama's snack bar. Elina Studios is decent accommodation at reasonable prices, in an excellent location for all those who want to be in the heart of the city, in the center of all events, a step away from the promenade, restaurants, cafes.

Aithrion 1 Studios is decent and well-maintained accommodation, not far from the beach. The yard is full of greenery, so the whole villa is in a beautiful environment. This facility is located in Skala Potamia, 450m from the sandy beach and the popular beach bar Paralia Nouveau. In its diverse offer, Aithrion 1 has studios that can host up to four and one five-bed apartment. The studios are spread over three floors, they are located on the ground, first and second floors, while the apartment is on the ground floor. The layout of the beds is varied, so the two-bed studios (18m2) have one French or two joined single beds and they are located on the first or second floor. On the other hand, three-bed studios (18m2) have one double bed and one single bed and, like the two-bed accommodation units, are located on the first or second floor. The only four-bed studio (24m2) on the second floor has three single beds (two of which are joined) and a sofa bed, while the studios on the ground floor have a French bed and bunk beds. The apartment (35m2) that can accommodate up to five people consists of one separate bedroom with two single beds, while the room with the kitchen has one double bed and one single bed. All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioners, televisions, have separate bathrooms with showers, kitchenettes with a medium-sized refrigerator, two hotplates, a sink, pots, pans, dishes, a kettle. There is no parking space inside the courtyard, but there is enough space for parking on the street, on the earthen extensions. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn left from the highway just after the Halkias supermarket and drive straight until you see Aithrion 1 on the right, which is well signposted. If you want decent accommodation, close to the beach and all other facilities, with a wonderful yard ideal for children to play and run around, Aithrion 1 Studios can be an excellent choice.

Aithrion 2 Studios is located in Skala Potamia, about 350 m from the beach, at a distance of 1 km from the center of Skala Potamia and at the same distance from Skala Panagia (Golden Beach). It has a large, fenced, landscaped yard with sunbeds and umbrellas, lots of grassy areas for children to play carefree, a brick barbecue, tables and chairs under the porch for sitting and dining, and a two-story building with studios and apartments for two, three, four, and five people. In the three-bed studios, the following beds are available: a double bed and a single bed or a double bed and a fold-out armchair, in the four-bed studios there is a double bed and a bunk bed (one of the four-bed studios has a double bed, a single bed and a fold-out armchair, while in the five-bed apartment guests of this accommodation have one double bed and three single beds at their disposal. The units are equipped with classic, wooden furniture. All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioners, televisions, have separate bathrooms with showers, kitchenettes with refrigerators, two hotplates, sinks, pots, pans, dishes, escaiga and some additional smaller kitchen appliances. All have porches or balconies with front or back yard views. From the balcony overlooking the back of the yard, you can see the sea behind the treetops and the roofs of the houses. Given that these villas are very similar in appearance, and almost identical in terms of content, if there are no vacancies in one, you can always ask what the situation is in the other, given that both are offered on this site. If you want a very decent and clean accommodation, in a quiet place, relatively close to all facilities and a sandy beach, with a large yard that can be used for children to play and adults to socialize and barbecue, Aithrion 2 has all the recommendations. The owners are very pleasant and unobtrusive people.

Blue Sky Apartments is a new, high-quality, modernly equipped accommodation within walking distance of the center of Skala Potamije, souvenir shops, bakery and pastry shop, as well as fast food restaurants. It offers its visitors free parking, a spacious yard that is partially shaded and equipped with furniture where you can socialize and spend time with your family. The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 500m from the sandy town beach with a long shallow. It is a facility with a large number of accommodation units and offers four studios, five apartments and two rooms. The accommodation units are very modernly equipped and the owners paid attention to even the smallest details. The studios are designed for up to three people and include one French bed and a pull-out armchair. The area of ​​the studio is about 20m2. A kitchenette, TV and air conditioning are available to guests. The studios are located on the first floor. The apartments consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, while the living room and kitchen have two couches, and five people can stay in these accommodation units. The area of ​​these accommodation units is about 50m2 and, like studios, has a kitchen, TV and air conditioning. They can be on the ground floor or on the first floor. The offer also includes two rooms (20m2) without a kitchenette, in which a maximum of three people can stay because the square footage is smaller than the other accommodation units. As soon as you enter the town itself, keep driving straight until you reach an ATM and a bakery. Continue straight for a few more meters and you will see Blue Sky Apartments on your left, a few meters before Niki supermarket. The first supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, as is the bakery. There is also an ATM nearby. If you want accommodation that is located near the beach, all the facilities that Skala Potamija offers to visitors and is also modernly decorated, Blue Sky Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Villa "Avgoustina" is located in Skala Potamia, about 350 m from the beach, in a quiet area, near the hotel "Korina", recognizable by the large number of flags at the entrance. Villa "Avgoustina" itself also has a distinctive entrance to the yard (concrete arch), a parking space inside the yard, then a long ground-floor building with apartments and studios that can be entered directly from the outside, through the porch, as well as a very nicely decorated yard in front of the accommodation units, with lots of grass, flowers, trees, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs, brick barbecues, toys for children... We offer 4 studios for 2, 3 and 4 people and 2 apartments for 4 people. All are equipped with separate bathrooms (shower tub and curtain around), kitchenettes, air conditioners, televisions and classic, wooden apartment furniture, wireless internet signal. Everything is very decently maintained and extremely clean. The studios have mostly single beds, in some studios there is a bunk bed, and in some there is a French bed, of standard or smaller dimensions. It is an older building, but well maintained, in a large yard, surrounded by greenery. The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive, so if you are not too demanding, but want decent accommodation at reasonable prices in Skala Potamija, Villa Augustina can be an excellent choice. Change of towels and bed linen and cleaning are provided, and the villa itself is ideal for a perfectly peaceful family vacation.

Ifigenia is an average villa, with a very nicely decorated yard and spacious and unusual apartments. It is great as a base for touring the island, sheltered from traffic and noise, yet close to all amenities. In the yard, there is a real little paradise for the youngest visitors, given the large number of toys. The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, about 400m from the beach, on a hill, 200m from the center. Villa Iphigenia consists of two connected buildings, with entrances from the courtyard at the front, or from the external stairs and hallway at the back. In the back part of the yard there is a children's playground with a slide, see-saws, swings and rocking horses, and in the front part there is a beautifully landscaped lawn with tables and chairs, paved paths, a brick barbecue, a dining area under a canopy, flowers, palm trees and a phenomenal view of Skala Potamia and the sea. There are nine air-conditioned accommodation units, named after muses from Greek mythology, and the beds are arranged as follows: Studies: Euterpi, with three single beds and a couch Kaliopi, with three single beds and a folding armchair Erato, with three single beds and a folding armchair Terpsichores, with one French and bunk beds Melpomeni, with three single beds and a couch All studios are located on the first floor, except for Melpomeni, which is located on the ground floor. A duplex apartment on the ground floor with a capacity of up to five people, with two bedrooms (each with two single beds and a sofa), with a kitchen, bathroom, exit to the yard, TV and air conditioning, could be particularly interesting for two couples with one child each or for one large family, considering the separation of rooms and duplicated kitchens, bathrooms, exits and equipment. The other apartments (one on the ground floor and two in the attic) have separate rooms (sometimes only with a port, not a door), a kitchen and a bathroom. All accommodation units have TV and internet, and the kitchens have medium-sized refrigerators. The area of ​​the studio is about 21m2, while the area of ​​the apartment varies, from 30m2 to 35m2. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day. The yard is really beautifully decorated, full of greenery, paths and flowers. There is also a common area for socializing with an outstanding view of the bay. In the second part of the yard, there are a large number of toys for the youngest visitors. There is also a small basketball court. This accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a parking space nearby where you can leave your vehicle. In order to reach Iphigenia, you need to turn at the supermarket Niki, from the street parallel to the central one, onto a narrow and bad road that leads uphill (about 100m) to Villa Iphigenia. In the courtyard of the villa there is also a parking space for one larger or two smaller cars, and there are more parking spaces nearby. The villa is easy to spot, it is surrounded by greenery, palm trees, bushes and flowers, and there is an advertising board next to the entrance gate (shown in the photos). It can be a good solution considering the proximity to the center, favorable prices, the size of the accommodation units, parking, landscaped yard and fantastic panoramic view. It is ideal for a quiet family vacation, and the owners are wonderful family people, cordial and unobtrusive

Giota Apartments is a beautiful and new villa, in brown tones, consisting of two buildings (lower and higher), a swimming pool, a pool bar and a courtyard with a brick barbecue and a covered seating area. It is located in a very quiet location, close to the beach. The accommodation is located at the entrance to Skala Potamija, somewhere in the middle of the bay (1km from the center), about 300m from the beach, near the Kladis Club Holidays hotel and Villa Angelo. It is about 2 km from the center. The nearest supermarket, where you can also buy some bakery products, is 70m from the accommodation. There are three apartments in the lower building, and four maisonettes in the higher building, for two adults and two children each. The apartments are spacious (50m2) and consist of a large living room with a dining room and a kitchenette with a couch with an additional drawer bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two joined single beds and a balcony next to the entrance with a view of the yard and pool. The maisonettes are designed in such a way that you first enter the living room with the dining room and the kitchen, where there is a sofa with an additional drawer bed. The stairs lead to the upper level where there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. Maisonettes have another balcony on the ground floor, next to the entrance. Only one of the maisonettes has a shower cabin. There is also one apartment (55m2) located in the basement (there are 8-9 steps). It consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed with a standard mattress for two people as well as a couch for one person, so five people can stay in this accommodation unit. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with nice and new furniture, have TV and WiFi internet. Only the apartment in the basement has mosquito nets. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days. The yard is very nicely furnished, paved and neatly maintained. In the yard there is also a swimming pool with a depth of 0.80 to 1.80 meters. It is interestingly lit at night. Deckchairs and umbrellas, tables and chairs are placed next to it, and there is also a bar available to guests. There is a parking space on the dirt extension along the street near the villa. It is very easy to find, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you need to turn left from the main road into the second street and then right and keep driving until you come across Issalos studios. On the left side of the street you came from, you will see the Giota apartments. If you want new and quality accommodation near a beautiful sandy beach, with spacious apartments, swimming pool and parking space, Giota Apartments can be an excellent choice. Skala Potamia, with its beautiful, sandy beach with shallow water, is an ideal place for a quiet family vacation without nightlife and a lot of traffic. On the other hand, only 10 kilometers away is the capital Limenas, which offers several tourist attractions, a large selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and entertainment for children and adults. A ten-minute walk will bring you to the center of Skala Potamia, and a little more to the center of Skala Panagia.
