Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by the guests. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to a balcony overlooking the nearby buildings. In the corridor there is another bathroom, which has a bathtub and a washing machine. The living room is very spacious and consists of a sofa, a dining table and a work desk, and there is also a large balcony from the living room that overlooks the street. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, so in it you can find everything you need to prepare a meal, such as a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, an espresso machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, etc. The accommodation has a private parking lot, which is located behind the building.
