The owners are wonderful people always ready to help. The accommodation is 100m from the beach. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can pay for breakfast or lunch. The villa is in the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close. It has a great base for touring and exploring the island. The strictest center of Limenaria is less than 1.5 km away, or about 15 minutes' walk. In the town there is a promenade with a large selection of shops, restaurants, taverns and supermarkets. The city beach, which is a two-minute walk from the villa, is partly sandy and partly rocky. It is 2 km long, so everyone can find the part that suits them best. There is also a large, well-stocked supermarket near the villa, some 600m away. The villa was built in 1984. It consists of five studios distributed on the ground floor (high ground floor) and on the first floor. They can be double, triple and quadruple. We also offer two four-bed apartments. Studio number 6 (16m2) is a double room. It is located on the first floor and has one double bed and a view of the sea. Two four-bed studios (25-30m2) on the first floor have one double and two bunk beds. One has a view of the sea (No. 5), while the other overlooks the mountain (No. 4). The remaining two studios (40m2) on the first floor have four single beds. Number 1 has a view of the sea, and studio number 2 has a view of the mountain. In studios number 1 and 2, it is possible to add an extra bed, which is smaller than the standard beds, so a larger person would not be able to accommodate it, because it would be uncomfortable. The apartments (45m2) were built in 2025 and are designed for up to four people. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor. In the bedroom there is one French bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, with a standard mattress. Apartment number 7 has a slightly smaller balcony and overlooks the back yard (there is a tall screen made of artificial leaves), while apartment number 8 has a view of the highway. Some studios have a view of the sea, but they also face the highway, so they are noisier than the rooms at the back of the house. The rooms are different in size, some are smaller, some are more spacious. The terraces are narrower. The four-bed studios are very spacious. All units have a mini-kitchen, terrace, air conditioning, TV, bathrooms and WiFi internet. The furniture in the studios is classic, wooden. The studios on the second floor are not available for online booking. Breakfast is from 8-10 a.m., and lunch/dinner is served until 4 p.m. Drinks are not included in the price. With the owners, guests can agree on the choice of dishes every day. The owner of the villa maintains a high level of hygiene. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 4-5 days. The landlady is very kind, so you can arrange a more frequent change of bed linen and towels with her on the spot. The villa has a private parking lot. The accommodation is located 1.5 km in front of Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, on the left side of the highway. We recommend this villa to everyone who wants an affordable vacation option. The price is much lower compared to other similar villas, and the accommodation is quite decent.

The location of this villa is excellent, because it is located in the heart of the city, and it is protected from the noise of cafes and restaurants. The studios have been renovated and look very decent with modern furniture. The nearest beach in front of the Ralitsa hotel is 150m away, as are the nearest supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. Three studios are available to tourists on the upper ground floor (one double and two triple with the possibility of inserting another single bed). The rest of the villa is used by the owners as their private rooms. The studios are entered directly from the street, via a staircase and a large porch (common terrace). The two-bed studio has its own separate staircase and porch, while the two three-bed studios have a common staircase and a large porch. The porch has a table and chairs for each studio. From the large communal porch, you can see the brick bridge and the sea diagonally, in the direction of the Ralitsa hotel. In the double studio (25m2) there is one French bed, kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Three-bed studios have one French bed and one single bed each, but also enough space to insert another single bed if necessary. The studio includes a kitchen, as well as the entrance to the bathroom, which was renovated this year. The furniture is new and modern. One studio has an area of ​​30m2, and the other 35m2. In agreement with the owner, guests can pay for some of the meals at the Asterias restaurant (owned by the same owner) on the beach itself, which is only 30m from the villa. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the main intersection in Limenaria and drive downhill to the police station. It is located about a kilometer from the city center. The beach that is directly in front of the house is sandy on the shore, while there are stones in the water, but next to this accommodation there is the Blue View hotel, in front of which is one of the most beautiful parts of the city beach, with sand in the water and on the shore. The hotel's deckchairs and umbrellas can be used with the purchased drink. It is an older but renovated building, built in 1980, which consists of two apartments and one studio. The apartments have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and an area of ​​about 40m2. The bedrooms have two and three single beds. The kitchen is decently equipped. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. The apartments are suitable for two couples. There is one TV in the apartment (in one bedroom), and the air conditioner is in the hallway and cools the whole apartment. The studio has three beds (three single beds) and has an area of ​​about 20m2. The kitchenette is separate. All accommodation units have sea view and internet access. This building is modest and of older construction, which cannot be clearly seen in the photos. Bathrooms are very small, no bathtub or shower (only tiles). Mosquito nets are on the windows. There is no hair dryer in the studios and apartments, but the owner has one that she gives to the guests to use. The owner also has a washing machine that guests can use. Only small pets are allowed. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every five days. The yard is spacious with tables and chairs for sitting. There are also showers in the yard. Parking is provided. Driving from Prinos towards Limenaria, a kilometer before it, you will see the SunRay hotel on the right side of the highway. To get to Topouzis Studios, you should turn right there, past the SunRay Hotel, then drive right next to the coast for about 100m and you will come across the gate of Topouzis Studios, which is right after this hotel. Topouzis Studios 1 is a modest accommodation where guests can enjoy the proximity of the beach and the sunsets. The accommodation is located 600 meters from the city center and 800 meters from the city beach. It is a small family building with a yard, built in 2005. It has five studios, of which a total of three are available for the 2025 season. Two studios have three beds and each have a double bed and a single bed, while the third studio is a double bed and has one double bed. One three-bed and two-bed studio have a view of the street, while the other three-bed studio has a view of the courtyard. All units are located on the ground floor (only five steps above the courtyard level). The furniture is mostly wooden and the studios are medium in size (about 25m2). The terraces are shared (they are not partitioned), but everyone has their own seating area. Each studio has air conditioning, TV, bathroom and terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person and a single bed of smaller dimensions, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. In front of the apartment there is a common sitting area with a table and chairs for the guests of both apartments. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done depending on the length of the guest's stay. Most often for four to five days. **During the 2020 season, the owners will not clean the rooms during the guests' stay, but only after departure. It is located in a quiet, new neighborhood in Limenaria, known for its beautiful villas for rent and private houses. The courtyard is very spacious and meticulously decorated, the apartments are perfectly clean, the owners are very friendly. The beach is 400m from the accommodation and the city center is a kilometer away. The nearest supermarket is located at a distance of about 350m. The city center, the first taverns, restaurants and a supermarket are about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Just three minutes by car and you have already reached one of the most beautiful beaches in the south - Tripiti beach. The beach is 2 km long and the shore is sandy, while the water has sand and stones, depending on the part of the beach where you swim. There are hotels on it, in front of which are excellently arranged beaches that can also be used by guests of Villa En Ethria, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided with the ordered drink or coffee. Of course you can always place your own umbrella and towel. The building was built in 2009 but renovated several times. These are two buildings located in the same yard. Together they have eight accommodation units - three four-bed studios located on the ground floor, two maisonettes with one bedroom and a living room (ideal for four adults and one child) and three largest maisonettes with two bedrooms and a living room with a total of six beds.
