Two large supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity, Marinopolos is about 100 meters away, while Masutis is 600 meters away. The apartments have two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as spacious, furnished and covered balconies. The bedrooms of the Menia apartment have double beds, while the Stella apartment has a double bed in one and two single beds in the other bedroom, as well as a toilet next to the bathroom. The apartments are air-conditioned, have WiFi, and can host up to four people. Pets are allowed on request. The complex has a very small yard, which includes a stone-paved space between the houses, and there is enough parking space in front of the building.
