The large balcony is accessed from the living room, while the two bedrooms on the first floor have their own small, separate terrace. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are changed halfway through the stay (for five to six days). There is space for 1-2 vehicles in the covered parking lot. Coming from Prinos, turn right 750m after the overpass. After 180m you will come to a fork, where you turn left and drive uphill for another 200m when you will see accommodation on the right side of the road. Accommodation is located in the second row to the sea. The city beach, the town center with taverns and the nearest shop are 100m from the villa. Accommodation consists of four rooms and one apartment with three bedrooms. It was built in 1996. The rooms are double and have two single beds each, a refrigerator and a bathroom without an enclosed bathtub (only tiles). Three rooms have a common balcony and a view of the sea, while the fourth faces the courtyard and the street and has a separate terrace. The common kitchen is located on the first floor. One room with a sea view is smaller than the others and has one smaller French bed. If necessary, an extra bed can be added. The apartment is located on the high ground floor and does not have a view of the sea. In the first bedroom there are two single beds, in the second one single and one small double bed, while in the third room, which is entered from the kitchen and has its own exit to the terrace, there is only one narrower than standard double bed. The kitchen is separate and equipped, and has a large refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, small oven and coffee maker. There is a shower in the bathroom. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas beach on the way out of town. We offer two duplex apartments. One is located on the first and one on the second floor and they have an area of ​​78m2. Both units have a partial view of the sea, because the building is not located in the first row to the beach. 5 Bed Apartment, First Floor is located on the first floor and one bedroom has a double bed, while the other is separated by a sliding door and has one standard and one smaller double bed. This studio can be rented by two, three, four or five people. On the first floor, there are three smaller rooms with French beds, and two of them can have an extra bed. Each room has its own bathroom, with one having a shower tub, while the other two have only tiles (the tub is not enclosed). The room with the shower is separated from the terrace by a screen that comes down from above, while the other two rooms have standard doors. There is also an equipped common kitchen with two large refrigerators and a stove and a dining room, on the common terrace, from where there is a beautiful view of the city beach and Skala Marijes. You will have the opportunity to complement your meals with a view of the beautiful sunsets unique to this place.
