Description Kalouda Studios is located in a tranquil setting in Nikiti , just a couple of hundred meters from the beach and promenade. Offering four apartments, privacy is guaranteed due to the small number of units, and guests also have access to wireless internet and a beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard. The accommodation is situated about 270 meters from the town beach and the promenade with bars and taverns, about 500 meters from the first major supermarket below the main road (Galaksias), and only 200 meters from the Zorbas bakery and butcher shop. The accommodation is easily accessible - turning off the main road after the church (on the right side of the main road), continue towards the beach for 400 meters, then turn right and drive 50 meters, then turn left into the alley and continue for about 70 meters. Rooms of the apartment are spacious and bright, completely and nicely equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the sandy city beach , promenade, restaurants, and beach bars it is 300m far. Bakery Zorbas and the green market are at 150m, while the supermarket Masoutis is at 500m, under the main road. In one of the bedrooms of the duplex apartment there is a double bed and in the other there are two single beds, while the apartments on the ground floor have an additional sofa bed in the living room - they can host five people.
