The superior units on the floors are apartments with a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the kitchen has a smaller sofa bed for one child. The maximum capacity of these units is two adults and one or two children, if both children are younger. The verandas are not enclosed, the studio on the ground floor has a direct exit to the yard, while the apartments on the first floor have standard balconies. In the second building there are four-bed apartments. Three apartments have two single beds in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and toaster, while the bathrooms have a shower cabin. Other apartments in the bedrooms have one French or two joined single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa bed. These apartments can accommodate a maximum of four adults and an additional baby in a cot. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and a private terrace or veranda. It is possible to add a cot for a baby or an extra bed to each unit. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed after three nights. Use of the washing machine is available for an extra charge. Internet signal is stable and strong thanks to multiple routers. The property's yard is fenced, neatly maintained and rich in greenery, with deckchairs and canopies, offering guests a peaceful place to relax. To get to the accommodation, after passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, continue straight to the church on the right, then turn right and drive straight to the street along the beach. There you turn right and after about 15 meters you reach Karali Studios. In the accommodation there is also one apartment with two bedrooms (No. 8), which is located on the first floor. There is one double bed in the first bedroom, and two single beds in the second. There is a corner sofa in the living room with the kitchen. New studies no. 9, 10 and 11 are equipped in the same way. They each have one French sofa and one sofa bed. Study no. 9 and 10 are located on the ground floor, and studio no. 11 on the first floor. Meticulously maintained and neat accommodation units are equipped with modern and high-quality furniture, and are decorated with contemporary design. Amenities include a large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, an outdoor pool for adults and a pool for children, as well as a children's playground located right next door. The beach, which is located about 100m away, is unkempt, pebbly and stony, and although it can be used, it is not recommended. The main beach in Nikiti, sandy, long and beautiful, is 1 km away. There, at about a kilometer, the beach and promenade begin, and the city center with a variety of facilities such as traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cafes, pancake houses, pastry shops, souvenir shops, facilities for children, a bakery and a well-equipped supermarket.
