On the first floor there is an apartment with two separate bedrooms (80m2), which can accommodate up to five people. It consists of two French beds and a sofa. The apartment has two bathrooms. On the second floor there is an apartment for five separate bedrooms (105m2), which can accommodate up to 11 people. It consists of four French beds and three single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms and an additional balcony overlooking the street. All units have a kitchen, balconies with sea views, WiFi and air conditioning, hair dryer and mosquito nets, shared barbecue. Upon arrival, guests will find clean accommodation, which they themselves take care of during their stay, for which they are provided with conditions. The nearest beach is Atspas, the accommodation is located right above it but in the third row to the sea. The accommodation was built in 2015 and has a total of two studios and two apartments. The apartment is about 40m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony with a sea view. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, and there are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right 750m after crossing the overpass. Continue driving uphill on a bad dirt road and turn right after 100m. After 200m, the road will bring you in front of the villa, which will be on your left. The road to the villa is currently not paved, so the approach is a little difficult. The villa is a good choice for all those looking for newer accommodation in a quiet location with a view of the sea.

Five studios are available for online booking and they are all located on the same first floor. Four have two single beds each, while the fifth (studio number 5) has one double bed and a sofa. This studio can host up to three people, has a separate walk-through kitchen and a bathroom without a shower (only tiles). Of the other four studios, only studio number 3 can accommodate a third extra bed. The studios have a bathroom, with or without a shower, and a kitchen located within the room or on the terrace. The units have separate terraces, and only studios number 1 and 2 have a distant view of the sea. Studios have a small area, between 10-14m2. Due to the larger number of beds, the free space in the four-bed studio is significantly reduced. There is also a common kitchen located upstairs. The building was built in 2006 and the owner lives in it year-round. The villa has two floors and an area of ​​about 120m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and an oven, and one bathroom without a shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. All three rooms have a double bed, and one has bunk beds. It is not possible to insert an extra bed. The large balcony is accessed from the living room, while the two bedrooms on the first floor have their own small, separate terrace. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are changed halfway through the stay (for five to six days). The room with the shower is separated from the terrace by a screen that comes down from above, while the other two rooms have standard doors.
