We offer one apartment of smaller square footage that has a French bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge, stove, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer. The terrace is spacious and has a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and internet access. The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment, and upon arrival at the accommodation they receive a sufficient amount of towels and bed linen that they change themselves. A parking space is provided for accommodation guests. Coming from the direction of Prinos, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the road, at a distance of about 1.5 km after passing the center of Skala Kalirahi. Description of accommodation Karantola Studios is a quality accommodation close to the beach, where all accommodation units have a direct view of the sea. The owners are very friendly and always available to their guests. Guests are also provided with private parking. Karantola Studios is located in Skala Kalirahi, 30m from the beach. It is about 1km away from the first shop and bakery. In its offer, this facility has eight accommodation units - three two-bed studios (20m2), two three-bed studios (20m2), two four-bed studios (20m2) and one three-bed studio in the attic (20m2). The layout of the beds is very simple, so the two-bed studios have one double bed, the three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed, while the four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds. One four-bed studio is located on the ground floor, while the other four-bed studio, together with two-bed and three-bed studios, is located on the first floor. There is also a three-bed studio in the attic (listed as Attic in the price list). All units have a direct sea view from the balcony. One four-bed studio on the ground floor has its own sitting area with a sea view, instead of a balcony. The accommodation units have air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a hair dryer, and it is possible to get a cot for babies, you just need to mention it before booking. Studios have a small kitchenette with two hotplates (some studios have a kitchen on the balcony, so that odors do not spread inside the unit). The yard is cascading, paved and very nicely decorated. A large number of tables and chairs are available for guests to socialize and enjoy the view, and there is also a common bar, where the owners can serve you a drink. Private parking is provided for each guest. Pets are welcome, but must be mentioned before booking. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every fifth day. If you want accommodation close to the beach, with a great view of the sea, Karantola Studios can be a good choice.

Description of accommodation Miracle Suites is a new and modern accommodation in Skala Kalirachi. Miracle Suites accommodation and the beach are separated only by the street. However, the beach has a rather difficult entry into the water, so many go to the beach, which is some 700-800 meters away from the accommodation. Accommodation offers 10 units that are distributed on the ground and first floor. Of the two studios offered, one is a classic double bed (French bed) and the other four-bed and can accommodate a family with two children (French bed + sofa for two children). The two-bed studio is on the first floor and the four-bed studio is on the ground floor. Studios are about 30m2. There are a total of 7 apartments, three are on the first floor and the rest are on the ground floor. They all have the same layout and are 35-37m2 in size. The bedroom has a double bed and is separated from the kitchen area where there is a sofa bed. We also offer one family studio (family studio in the price list), which is the most spacious (45m2) and has one double bed and one sofa. All units have air conditioning and TV, wireless internet, bathroom with semi-finished shower cabin, and balcony or veranda. The accommodation has private parking. The yard is landscaped - one side is concrete and the other side is lawn. When coming from the direction of Limenas, pass the center of Skala Kalirachi and the accommodation will be on the left side of the road, some 600 meters after you pass the Church of Panagia. The accommodation is an excellent base for visiting popular beaches (especially the western side) and can be a good choice for those who want modern and quality accommodation in a decent location.

The apartment is well equipped with things needed for a pleasant vacation, and guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the owners. The accommodation is located in Skala Kaliracha, 20m from the small beach and 150m from the city beach. The first market is located 650m from the house. This apartment (40m2) on the upper ground floor has one separate bedroom with one double bed and one single, while the living room has three couches, so it can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is nicely equipped and in it you can find a small oven with two rings, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table with chairs. In front of the entrance to the unit, there is a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy and you can see a little bit of the sea, looking from the side. There is also a barbecue area in the yard, with a brick grill. The accommodation unit is equipped with a TV, two air conditioners, internet, hair dryer and mosquito nets. It is possible to park your vehicle right next to the accommodation, in the public parking area. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day. The facility is located in Skala Kallirachi, at a distance of 850 meters from the city beach, while the first market is 600 meters away. The villa consists of five accommodation units - two four-bed studios of 26-28 m², one three-bed studio of 24 m² and two two-bed studios of 22 m². The two-bed studio B is located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed and has a view of the sea, while the two-bed studio E, equipped in the same way, is located on the high ground floor with a view of the olive grove. The three-bed studio A is located on the first floor, in addition to the French bed, it also has a pull-out armchair, and the terrace offers a view of the sea. The four-bed studio C is located on the upper ground floor and, in addition to the French bed, has bunk beds with mattresses suitable for adults as well, with a view of the olive grove and the yard. The second four-bed studio D is also on the upper ground floor, has the same layout and is oriented towards the olive grove. All accommodation units have a kitchen with two induction hobs, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Air conditioning, television, internet access and hair dryer are available to guests, and if necessary, a cot for a baby can be obtained upon prior request. The yard is fenced and partly in the shade, and within it there is an outdoor shower, seating and a barbecue area. Guests are also provided with private parking. Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
