Na krevetu na sprat može da spava dete do 12 godina. U prizemlju su takođe i tri trokrevetna studija (20m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem i sofom za jednu osobu, kao i jedan četvorokrevetni studio (20m2) sa francuskim ležajem i krevetima na sprat u istoj prostoriji gde je kuhinja. Na spratu prvog objekta se nalaze i tri četvorokrevetna studija (20m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem i krevetima na sprat, kao i osam trokrevetnih studija (20m2) sa jednim francuskim ležajem i sofom. Nameštaj u ovoj zgradi je noviji u odnosu na prvu zgradu.
