The villa is about 500m from the beach, about 400m from the supermarket, and 1.5km from the center of Limenaria. We offer two apartments located on the ground floor of the house where the owners live. Both apartments have been renovated and are available for rent from the summer of 2017. Both apartments are a few steps below ground level, as you can see in the pictures, but they are well lit and modernly decorated. La Verde 1 - smaller green apartment (31m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed and the owners intended it for four people. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge and stove. La Verde 2 is a larger, blue apartment (40m2), designed for four adults (in certain cases, a family of five can also stay) and has one French bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed that can be added as needed.
