L'alloggio e' predisposto per quattro persone: una camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti a castello, soggiorno con angolo cottura attrezzato con divano letto, stoviglie, un bagno con doccia/WC. E' incluso: aria condizionata, TV, cassaforte, lavatrice, asciuga capelli. E' escluso: corrente elettrica, gas, acqua (e condominio solo per affitti annuali), biancheria, lenzuola, pulizia finale d'€.50,00, cauzione d'€.400,00 per eventuali rotture ecc., da pagarsi all'arrivo e restituita alla partenza. Le condizioni: caparra del 50% da pagare al momento della prenotazione, la rimanenza all'arrivo, prima della consegna delle chiavi. Entrata nell'appartamento: avviene dopo le ore 17:00 del giorno di arrivo e deve essere riconsegnato prima delle ore 09:00 del giorno di partenza.

Apartman u renoviranoj kuci koja se nalazi 2 km udaljena od plaže i centra Brela. Apartman je klimatiziran, ima SAT TV. Kuca okučnicom se nalazi u predjelu Brela- Medići. U blizini kuce nalaze se 2 restorana- konobe ( Katara i Galinac ). Za vrijeme boravka u centru ili na plaži, za goste apartmana osiguran je parking u centru u blizini plaze.
