U prizemlju kuće su smještena dva ista apartmana. Svaki apartman ima dvije spavaće sobe ( 2+1, 1+1 kreveta) i dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi i pomoćni ležaj za dvije osobe. U svakom apartmanu se nalazi mašina za robu.
Ispred apartmana je terasa sa pogledom na more. Grill ima svoju terasu. Pogodno je za djecu, ima dosta prostora oko kuće. Parking je u garaži za četiri auta. Može se koristiti jedan mali plastični brod na vesla.
