Ispred kuće nalazi se plaža za kupanje (do nje se dođe kroz naš vrt) i spojena je sa plažom hotela PODSTINE koji je u našoj blizini. Sobe su dvokrevetne ,svaka soba ima svoje vlastito kupatilo i svoju terasu.U sobama se također nalaze mali frižideri.Po želji postoji mogućnost serviranja doručka u sobu na vlastitoj terasi.
