Our description After turning off the highway towards Psakoudia, after a short drive you will see the beginning of the place and before you reach the first cafe you should turn right towards the beach. You will reach Villa Aiolos on the beach on an unpaved road about 200m long. The villa consists of four-bed apartments. Some apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a room with a kitchen with two more single beds, and some apartments are on two levels - the ground floor has a bedroom and a small kitchen, and the gallery has space for two more people, in one french or two single beds. In some apartments, instead of two single beds, there is a sofa from which another drawer bed can be pulled out. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob and a small oven. The bathrooms have enclosed showers without curtains. All apartments have a sea view, some direct and some partial because the canopy of trees on the beach slightly interferes with the open view. The apartments are air conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets, large terraces with table and chairs. WiFi internet is available on the terrace and in the yard. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. There is a lot of greenery and shade in the yard, and there is natural shade on the beach in front of the building. Therefore, guests are provided only with deck chairs (not parasols) that can be taken and placed on the beach. In the yard there is a barbecue, as well as several sofas, and there is plenty of space for children to play. Accommodation is located about 150m from the center and about 100m from the bakery and market. If you are for a peaceful vacation on the beach, Villa Aiolos is the right choice for you. Owner's description At the entrance to the Sithonia peninsula, in Psakoudia, Halkidiki, on the most beautiful beach of Ormilia, there is Villa Aiolos, a block of apartments on the seafront. The block was built in 2005 and consists of fully equipped four-bed apartments (in some apartments there is a possibility to add another bed on request). All apartments have a balcony with seating and sea view, equipped kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, bathroom, air conditioning, TV and wireless internet in the yard. Of these, eight have a sea view, nine have a terrace, and three more are located on the ground floor and do not have fenced terraces. The six four-bed apartments (30m2) can accommodate up to five people. Triple studios have an area of 25m2 and a total of two in this building. Five apartments are upstairs and have panoramic sea views, while one is on the ground floor and exits into a small courtyard full of greenery. All apartments and studios have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, terraces or verandas on the ground floor, LCD TV (22 ''), air conditioning. The complex has free Wi-Fi for its guests around the pool and in the courtyard of the villa, as well as free private parking.
