Owner's description Neria Summer Houses is accommodation in Hanioti, one of the most popular destinations on the first of the three fingers of Halkidiki. The houses are located only 500m from the square in the center of the village and have easy access to the beach. The sea is an easy 10-minute walk away. Our spacious yard (about 500m) offers a pleasant environment with enough opportunities to enjoy the fresh air, recreation and barbecue. Private parking is always available, and bakeries, pastry shops, gas station and markets are within 300m. Hanioti offers a handful of opportunities for evening meals and nightlife as well as a beautiful sandy beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag several times in a row (last time in May 2014). Green parks along the coast offer a paradise with sea breeze and beautiful greenery. It is also good as a base and a starting point for excursions and tours of the surrounding places and the finest beaches on the Kassandra peninsula, which are only a few kilometers away and which can be easily reached by car or public transport. We are a small family business, founded in 1987. Twenty-five years later, the management was inherited by the younger generation of the family, who brought a breath of fresh air to the estate, adding their own taste, enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the job. During 2013, the houses were thoroughly renovated and redesigned, while the surrounding courtyards were designed in accordance with the principles of Mediterranean gardening, using seedlings that are suitable for our temperate climate, such as aromatic plants. The houses have a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can sleep two people and a separate bedroom on each floor. In addition, the apartments can accommodate another person on each floor, as an extra sofa or cot can be provided. Each floor can be used as one private unit with a separate staircase and can accommodate up to five people on an area of 41-45m2, while the yard is common to guests of all houses. Neria is ideal for families or groups who want to spend their vacation together while being independent of each other. Both yards are fenced so that children can play safely, and there is enough parking space. Pets are welcome with prior notice and agreement. Our yard is also equipped with a barbecue. House A Apartment A1 (45m2) is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house Neria A. A1 has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room with sleeping area for two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, the apartment can accommodate another person for whom a sofa or baby cot can be provided. Apartment A2 (41m2) is on the upper floor of a two-storey house Neria A. A2 has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can sleep two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, we can provide you with a baby cot and a railing on request, subject to availability. In apartments A, air conditioning is in the living room, and a fan is on the ceiling of the bedroom, while mosquito nets are on all doors and windows. They also have a private porch and direct access to the spacious and fenced yard, which is common for apartments A. House A is a two-storey house (86m2) suitable to accommodate up to 10 people. It is a combination of apartments A1 and A2, described in the text above. House B Apartment B1 (45m2) is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house Neria B and has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can accommodate two people and a separate bedroom. In addition, the apartment can accommodate another person for whom a sofa or cot can be provided. B1 has a private porch. Apartment B2 (41m2) is located on the first floor of the house Neria B. It has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, spacious living room that can accommodate two people and a separate bedroom. A baby cot is available on request, subject to availability. B1 and B2 have air conditioning in the living room and a fan on the ceiling, while mosquito nets are on all doors and windows. B2 has a terrace at the front and rear with a beautiful view of the yard and the sea, as well as access to a spacious fenced yard common to both apartments. House B is a two-storey house (86m2) suitable for 10 people. It is a combination of apartments B1 and B2 described in the text above. Children under the age of two sleeping in a crib stay free of charge. We can also provide a baby cot on request and subject to availability. Pets are allowed in our premises. Preliminary agreement and request are necessary. Please note that we only accept one pet at a time, in order to avoid inconvenience among guests. In this regard, the "first call" rule applies and will be arranged at the time of booking. The owners come in once during the stay to clean, and then change the bed linen and towels. The internet is good on the terraces, and inside the apartment is bad, or no signal at all.

Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas.
