Accommodation units can accommodate up to three people, are nicely decorated, comfortable and exude cleanliness. The facility is located in a quiet environment, but close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible. The beach and the center are about 300m away, the nearest market is 100m away, the bakery is 50m away and the nearest restaurant is less than 100m away. We offer nine rooms, four double (15-17m2) and five triple (20m2), and several rooms have side sea views. Comfort House, built in 2014, is located on the famous sandy beach Tristinika in Toroni. From the house you can go directly to the beach, there is no road in between, what makes it very safe for families with children. Comfort House can accommodate 8 to 10 people, and there is a possibility to add children's crib. On the ground floor there are bedroom, living room and bathroom, while in the attic there is a room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed for two people and two single beds, and one mattress and the possibility of inserting additional beds. Also, there are two new bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a classic stove with oven. In front of house there is a also equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and stove with oven. In the courtyard there are three showers with hot water and on the beach free parasols and deck chairs for guests. The house has a signal for wireless internet. Doors and windows have mosquito nets, and in the house there are anti-mosquito devices. Guests receive clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the house during the stay to clean because they feel that guests should have their privacy during their stay.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Irini Pension is a renovated (2017) and nicely decorated accommodation with a reception and a summer house near Ouranopolis. It has 13 studios (28-30m2) for 2-4 people and one five-bed apartment. It is an excellent base for touring Athos and is open all year round. Irini Pension is located on a hill above the main road, 700m from the center. The nearest market, bakery, restaurant and undeveloped sandy beach with small pebbles that can be reached by stairs are 150m, and the nearest landscaped beach is about 1km away. It is located in a large, grassy, fenced yard and one of the more affordable accommodations is ideal for undemanding guests. Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sikia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the sand is fine, the sea is shallow and clean, and there is mostly no crowds. Every morning, a van with bakery products passes by the house, a supermarket is about 500m away, and a pizzeria and restaurant are close by. We offer four studios with one French (smaller dimensions) and a single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed. Each studio has a bathroom, kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioning, and if necessary, it is possible to add a cot (on request).
