Our description Accommodation is located in the center, not far from the port and promenade, and only 50m from the beach. It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments. Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The studios have an area of 20-35m2. All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. The living room has a seating area (two sofas and an armchair or a corner sofa) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator, stove with oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartments are 60-70m2, and unlike the studios, have terraces, which are very spacious. Our description If you are coming by the main road from the direction of Hanioti, approximately 200m from the famous bakery Lemoni (you will see a sign with the marked direction) turn right and after 30m you will arrive in Philoxenia Village. Accommodation has 24 air-conditioned studios of 18-20m2. All studios are of the same structure and consist of two double beds, with the possibility of inserting a baby cot.
