The beach in front of the apartment is sandy, with small pebbles in the first few meters into the sea. Also, next to the complex itself, there is a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas. The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the sea, and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with an induction hob, large fridge with freezer, new dishes and ice cream, multi-purpose, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom. The quadruple apartments (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, and 4 Bed Apartment) feature a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen, while the 2 Bedroom Apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen. Rooms of the apartment are spacious and bright, completely and nicely equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the sandy city beach , promenade, restaurants, and beach bars it is 300m far. Bakery Zorbas and the green market are at 150m, while the supermarket Masoutis is at 500m, under the main road. In the offer is one duplex apartment on the upper floor which can accommodate up to five adults. Apartment consists of a living room with a dining room and kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen is completely equipped (dining table, stove, big fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, all necessary dishes, and cutlery).
