All accommodation units have TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is standard equipped, has a stove and a small refrigerator. The use of air conditioning is extra. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Laundry service is available for an additional fee. The yard is hidden from noise because it is inside the building. It is a real small oasis of peace and greenery. There is no private parking, but there is a public parking lot in front. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, opposite Villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a turnoff to the soccer field. Turn into that street, then the second one on the left, then the fourth one on the right and right at the beginning you will see a house on the left. When you reach the public car park in Sarti, continue south towards the new area. After passing the Belissimo bakery on the right, turn into the first street on the right and after a few meters you will see a house on the left. It is an ideal choice for those who want to have everything at their fingertips, and are not bothered by noise. The house is located above a shoe store that is owned by the same company. It is surrounded by markets and souvenir shops, as well as restaurants and fast food stores. We offer four apartments (two each on the first and second floors) and three studios (one on the first and two on the second floor). Apartments on the first floor have one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the room with the kitchen. Apartments on the second floor have one double bed and two bunk beds, i.e. two single beds. By adding an extra bed, the apartments can host a maximum of five people, with an additional charge. The double studio is located on the first floor, it has one double bed and there is no possibility of adding a cot or an extra bed. The studios on the second floor can host a maximum of four people at an additional cost. In the first there is one double bed and two sofas, while in the second there is one double bed and one single bed and a pull-out armchair. The accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove and a refrigerator. All terraces are in the front part of the house, except for the terrace of the double studio, which is in the back part of the house and is passable. They do not have a yard or private parking, but public parking is located about 150m from the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the main road at Club Fact. Continue straight to the end, then down the next street that leads to the sea, then turn into the first street on the left. After 20m on the left you will see a shoe store above which Anthia House is located. This accommodation is suitable for couples, but also for families who don't mind the hustle and bustle. It is ideal for couples. Gianna House is located near the end of the old part of Sarti, in the second row from the beach. The sandy beach is divided into several parts by rocky headlands, and it is only separated from the house by a road and one building. The nearest supermarket, as well as bars and taverns are located 50m away. Accommodation consists of two four-bed and four two-bed studios. All are located on the first floor, except for one four-bed room on the ground floor. Four-bed studios (about 25m2) have one double bed and bunk beds. The studios face the sea. Two-bed studios (about 20m2) have one French or two single beds. Studios (no. 1 and 3) have a view of the courtyard, and studios (no. 2 and 4) have a side view of the sea. All double studios have a double bed. Studios have a balcony with awnings or parasol, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Since the center is closed in the evening due to the promenade, it is safer to turn left into the fourth street, next to the Fact club, and follow that street straight all the way to the end and then left again and after 350m you will see a house on the left. You will reach Irina villa by taking the second exit on the left from the Sarti-Sikia main road from the north, drive straight for about 120m to the second turn to the left, then drive another 20m and you will see this villa on the left. The owner is very kind and available to her guests. Villa Irina is highly recommended, because it is completely new and beautifully decorated, with a good quality-price ratio.

Two studios have a view of the sea, while the other two have a view of the neighboring building. The advantage of the studios located at the back of the building is that, in addition to separate smaller balconies, they also have a common large veranda of around 20m2.
