Our description Sunday Summer Resort has a total of 12 accommodation units. Of these, eight have a sea view, nine have a terrace, and three more are located on the ground floor and do not have fenced terraces. The six four-bed apartments (30m2) can accommodate up to five people. Triple studios have an area of 25m2 and a total of two in this building. Four double studios (20m2) can possibly be 2 + 1 (with a child up to 10 years). There are French beds in the studios and two connected single beds in the apartments. All studios and apartments have an equipped kitchen and a two-burner stove, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain. Mosquitoes have only some accommodation units, not all. Internet signal is available in the hotel bar and around the pool. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every 3-4 days. If necessary and for a fee, you can get a laundry service. Private parking is in front of the building. Sunday Summer Resort consists of two buildings surrounded by greenery. There is a large space for children's play with seesaws, swings, slides, etc. There is a brick barbecue in the yard in front, when, in the shade under the vine, there are two benches and a dining table. In the yard there is a swimming pool with a section for children, and around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas. Accommodation is located about 1 km from the center of Gerakini, and the nearest market is about 350 m. The complex has a total of 6 studios and 6 apartments, fully equipped, elegantly decorated, comfortable and functional, away from the beach about 200m. Most of their terraces have fantastic views of the sea and Toron Bay. The villas are located in a beautifully landscaped yard of 5,000 square meters, full of olive trees, oranges and tangerines, roses and a variety of flowers. Sunday Summer Resort is one of the most popular for holidays in this region. The complex features a swimming pool (for children and adults) and a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, coffee or sandwich. There are 6 studios in the villa, 5 of which have a double bed with an anatomical mattress and one extra bed for a child up to 13 years old. One studio has 3 single beds. Five studios are located on the first floor and have a sea view from the terrace, and only one is on the ground floor and it opens onto a small garden full of greenery and has a view of the pool. The apartments have two bedrooms. There is a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. If necessary, an extra bed for a fifth person can be added to the apartment. Five apartments are upstairs and have panoramic sea views, while one is on the ground floor and exits into a small courtyard full of greenery. All apartments and studios have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, terraces or verandas on the ground floor, LCD TV (22 ''), air conditioning. The complex has free Wi-Fi for its guests around the pool and in the courtyard of the villa, as well as free private parking. Alexandra studios are located in a traditional building made of stones in the picturesque village of Neos Marmaras at Chalkidiki Greece, with a view to the crystal-clear waters of the sea. Each studio has a TV, air-condition, a small kitchen with fridge, a bathroom and beautiful balconies with breathtaking view. At the last floor of the building there is a terrace with a pavilion, a BBQ space and a view to the amazing blue waters of Toroneos Gulf and the small uninhabitable but beautiful island, called Kelyfos. Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

The Studios Vaso is situated just 90m from the beach of Neos Marmaras and seaside tavernas.(nearest restaurant 20meters). It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and TV .All studios and apartments are simply furnished and open out to a balcony .They feature a kitchenette with a mini fridge and 2 hotplates . Some units have views of the mountains or Toroni Gulf . The center of the village of Neos Marmaras is 150 . from Studios Vaso. Free private parking is possible on site in front of Vaso 1 and or on the public roads around the Studios Vaso The Studios Vaso ,Neos Marmaras consist of two complexes of apartments and studios. Vaso 1 consists of 10 studios, 7 double and 3 triples (2 +1 bed) studios. Vaso 2 consists of 1 x 8 bed apartment made up of 3 x 2 bed rooms,2 WC,large Kitchen,and Bath available.Vaso 2 also has 4 studios with quadruple room and separate kitchen, all studios are fully equipped.
