Of these, eight have a sea view, nine have a terrace, and three more are located on the ground floor and do not have fenced terraces. The six four-bed apartments (30m2) can accommodate up to five people. Triple studios have an area of 25m2 and a total of two in this building. Four double studios (20m2) can possibly be 2 + 1 (with a child up to 10 years). There are French beds in the studios and two connected single beds in the apartments. Our description Aggelina House enjoys a quiet location less than 100 meters from the sandy Pigadaki Beach. In front of the house is a parking lot, there are toys for children and a common terrace with a beautiful sea view, and the owners are unobtrusive and always available. The beach is 70m away, it is sandy, has shallow and crystal clear water, and nearby you will find several taverns. A van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach every day. The nearest shop is on the highway (2.4 km) and a bakery a little before it, about 1.6 km from the house. Aggelina House consists of five four-bed studios. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) are on the ground floor. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Moreover, the existence of an old large tree (in Greek Sikia) around when the village was built is a possible version. The second place is Kukos, rocky and high, surrounded by a castle and probably there was a prehistoric settlement. The area is full of beautiful coastline. Our description If you have decided to spend your vacation in a quiet place and more modest accommodation, then Magda Rooms is a great choice for you and your family. It is located in a large, grassy, fenced yard and one of the more affordable accommodations is ideal for undemanding guests. Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sikia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the sand is fine, the sea is shallow and clean, and there is mostly no crowds. Every morning, a van with bakery products passes by the house, a supermarket is about 500m away, and a pizzeria and restaurant are close by. We offer four studios with one French (smaller dimensions) and a single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed. Each studio has a bathroom, kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioning, and if necessary, it is possible to add a cot (on request). The studios are very neat and the owners are very kind and unobtrusive. The furniture is not new, but it is well maintained, and the studios are small, clean and nicely furnished. The house was built on a plot of 2500 square meters, under lawn, trees and fruits. Paradise yard is the first thing that leaves an impression, and guests have at their disposal a brick barbecue with seating, as well as private parking in the shade. Accommodation is very easy to reach. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sykia, you will see a turn to the left marked by three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. When you turn into that street, go straight and after 700m you will see accommodation on the right. Owner's description Magda Studios is a complex located near the beach of St. John, 100 meters from the sea. The house has four studios built in a row in a large fenced area with trees and shade. We are located right next to the Morpho house. Our studios have kitchens equipped with all necessary utensils, TV, hot water and terraces with tables for each studio separately. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free 24-hour internet is also available to guests.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.
