It is ideal for everyone who wants a quiet vacation, but at the same time everything is close to them. House Petrino is located about 350m from the beach and about 200m from the central square. The nearest market and bakery are located not far from the square. The Petrino House 2 accommodation is within the same building. There are a total of five accommodation units, one of which is an apartment, and the rest are studios. The apartment is about 40m2 and is located on the first floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed with the possibility of pulling out another bed based on the principle of a drawer, while in the area with the kitchen there are two single beds. One four-bed studio (approximately 32m2) has a double bed and bunk beds, and two three-bed studios (about 25-28m2) have a double bed and a single bed. One triple is superior, and the other is ordinary, and the only difference is that the superior has been renovated. All three studios are located on the first floor. There is another studio in the basement and it has a double bed and a corner sofa that can sleep one more person. All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an enclosed shower area without a curtain, a hair dryer, while some of them also have a safe. Towels and bed linen are changed every four days. There is no yard, and no private parking, but it is possible to park across the street from the house, in the public parking lot. The Petrino house can be reached by turning into the second street on the left after entering Sarti, from the direction of Vourvourou. Continue straight and after about 100 meters you will see a house on the left, at the beginning of the second street on the left. We recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to be close to the sea and all the happenings, yet in silence, far from the hustle and bustle of the center of Sarti.

The four-bed superior studio has one double bed and bunk beds and is located on the second floor (top floor). Two three-bed studios with garden view, each with one double bed and one single bed, are located on the high ground floor (first floor), and two are located on the first floor (second floor). Six two-bed studios each are arranged on the high ground floor (first floor) and first floor (second floor). Four of them on both floors have a view of the street, and two of them have a view of the garden. Four-bed apartments are located on the upper ground floor and can accommodate two adults and two children. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the building on the left, there is only one two-bed studio on the first floor. It is equipped with a double bed and overlooks the courtyard. There are three three-bed studios in total, all three are on the ground floor, and one is adapted for people with disabilities. All three face the sea and have one double bed and one folding armchair that can sleep a child up to 10 years old. All six maisonettes are on the first floor and face the sea. They do not have air conditioning, because the owners think that it is not necessary since they are on the ground floor, and the accommodation units are pleasant and fresh. The accommodation is very clean and tidy, although it is somewhat older. Upon arrival, guests enter a clean and tidy accommodation, they receive new towels and bed linen for 3-4 days, and change and clean them themselves. The owners do not enter the studios and trailer during the guests' stay. The complex is fenced and secure, and the yard is spacious, with seating and enough parking space in the shade. Guests have at their disposal two brick barbecues, a kitchen and a brick oven, wireless internet, two showers and a dozen deckchairs, and a small part of the yard in the shade is suitable for children and has plenty of toys. Platania beach is sandy, with a gradual depth. Part of it is decorated, and a large part is available to visitors with their own equipment. The advantage of this beach is that it is never crowded. The center of Sartija is about 2.5 km away, so it is relatively close for evening walks. Nearby are the famous Orange and Mega Portokali beaches (7km), as well as Klimataria, Tigania, Valti, Agridia, Turkolimnionas and many others. If you are traveling from the north on the main road Sarti-Siki, after exiting Sarti you will turn left on the dirt road to Platania beach. You will drive straight on that road for about 200m, and then you will see this accommodation on your right.
