Yellow Houses is an accommodation in Pirgadikia, tucked away in a beautifully landscaped yard, full of greenery and flowers. It is located on the hillside next to the road, and every room has a view of the sea. It offers its guests a nice and pleasant vacation, it is extremely clean, and the owners are very kind. The stony and unorganized beach is only 50m away. The first tavern is 400m away, and you can find smaller markets, bars and more taverns in Pirgadiki, which is 2km from the accommodation. Yellow Houses consists of 12 accommodation units. Accommodation unit type I (40m2) is a three-bed studio on the ground floor with three single beds, an open kitchen (8m2), a furnished covered terrace with a view of the sea, a small yard and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Accommodation unit type II (45m2) is a four-bed apartment on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room, an equipped open kitchen (8m2) with two sofa beds, a furnished terrace with a view of the sea, a small yard and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Accommodation unit type III (50m2) is a four-bed maisonette on the top floor. It has two sofa beds in the living room, an open kitchen, a staircase leading to an open gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional single beds, a furnished terrace (8m2) with a view of the sea and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Accommodation unit type IV (55m2) is a five-bed maisonette on the top floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a sofa, an open kitchen, an open gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional single beds, a furnished terrace (8m2) with a view of the sea and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Accommodation unit type V (55m2) is a four-bed maisonette on the top floor. It has an open-plan living room with two sofa beds, an internal staircase leading to the second level with two single beds, a terrace (8m2) with a view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Accommodation unit type VI (50m2) is a four-bed apartment. It has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen where there is a couch for two people. The apartment has two terraces, one with a view of the mountain and the other with a view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hair dryer. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. A laundry service, a small playground for children and a parking lot are at guests' disposal. You will reach the accommodation by turning off the highway towards Agios Nikolaos, which also leads to Pyrgadikia. The accommodation is located on the road, so you will see it on the left. If you want to escape from the noisy city and crowded resorts, Assa Inn accommodation is the right choice for you. Located not far from the village of Pyrgadikia, this accommodation offers a real sense of isolation and relaxation in peace and quiet. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the pool and terraces with a view of the sea will complete the whole experience. Assa Inn was built in 1985 and last renovated in 2013. It is 50m away from the rocky beach. We would like to mention that there is a downhill slope leading to the accommodation, so access by car is a little worse. The first market is located in the village of Pirgadikija (2.5 km), as well as taverns and cafes. Considering that you can have breakfast and dinner in the accommodation, you will not need to go to the village. There are six accommodation units on offer. Two two-bed studios with a double bed, one three-bed studio with a double bed and one single bed, one three-bed apartment with one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the kitchen, and two four-bed apartments with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room where the kitchen is. Two-bed and three-bed studios are located on the ground floor, while three-bed and four-bed apartments are located on the first floor. All accommodation units have a view of the sea. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, WiFi, hair dryer, equipped kitchen with fridge and two-burner stove, balcony with sea view with table and chairs as well as line for drying clothes. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area or a shower tub, without a curtain. Private parking is provided for all guests. The accommodation has a swimming pool and a bar with deckchairs to enjoy, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a playground for the little ones, and a barbecue with a table and chairs for the adults to enjoy. Cleaning and towels are changed every day, while bed linen is changed every third day. Owner's description Kladi House is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :) The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car. The house is air conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet and hair dryer. In the accommodation you can buy olive oil, olives and seasonal fruits and vegetables. If you are going to spend your vacation in a quiet location, Kladi House may be the right choice for you.
