Sarti is located in Sithonia, a cosmopolitan peninsula in the Aegean Sea, where visitors gather on beautiful beaches during the summer. The rooms are located in the northern part of Sarti, where there are still refugee houses. They are located in the center, at a distance of 60m from the square and 80m from the beach and within walking distance of any part of the place, shop or facility that the visitor needs. The result is that you can reach everywhere on foot. What characterizes the House Niki complex is the panoramic view that leaves you breathless, as well as its beautiful yard, where children can enjoy their games and adults can drink coffee. Accommodation Niki consists of six (6) rooms and 15 beds. The spacious two-bedroom studios are decorated with love, attention and a sense of elegance, the owner himself, to allow unique moments to their guests. Our description Hotel Olga is located in the old part of Sarti, about a hundred meters from the city beach. This is a great accommodation consisting of 21 studios. For online reservations, studios are available on the first and second floor, with a more beautiful sea view. The studies are double, triple and quadruple. They are air conditioned and have TV, WiFi, kitchen, mosquito nets, large terrace with awning and grilles on the door which are great if you want the studio to ventilate while you are on the beach or at night, and things are safe, which is really rare in the facilities . On the top floor is a large veranda with seating, deck chairs and a barbecue. It is lit in the evening, so you can hang out, grill and dine or enjoy the sea view. For five days, guests receive new towels and bed linen. Hotel Olga can be a great choice if you want to be in the old part of Sarti, close to all amenities, but away from the noise. Our description Roula House is located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, above the foreign language school. Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Our description Iliadis House is located in the center of Sarti, about 80m from the beach. The building was built in 1974, and in 2007 it was completely renovated. There are two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms each. In one bedroom they have a double bed, in the other two single beds connected and another single bed. Double studios have either two single beds or one double bed, triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. All accommodation units have cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen and bathroom. If you need it, the owners can give you a hair dryer to use. Our description Rudi Studios is located in the center of Sarti, only 10m from the beach. The nearest shop is at a distance of about 20m. The studios were completely renovated in 2012. The building consists of three four-bed studios and three four-bed apartments. Two apartments and two studios are located on the low ground floor. One apartment is on the first floor, and one studio is on the second floor. Apartments and studios are between 35m2 and 40m2. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, in the room where the kitchen is there are two sofa beds. The studios have a double bed and two sofa beds in the same room. Our description Very nice and new villa, with friendly owners. It is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk, but in a quiet place, so it is an ideal choice for a holiday in Sarti. The furniture is of good quality, the accommodation units are very nice and clean. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, and in some units there is an oven, and in others there is a microwave oven. Only one studio has a sea view, but that is why the roof veranda has a fantastic view of the sea and the city, it is excellently decorated and created for enjoying socializing, reading or relaxing in general.
