The location is probably one of the best in the south of the island, because the house is outside the crowds, in a very quiet place and close to all facilities (a few minutes' walk from the center of Potos). The accommodation is 700m from the city beach in Potos, while the hotel beach Alexandra Beach is 500m away. The first market is 500m from the accommodation. The bungalow (60m2) is located on the ground floor, it is very spacious, it has two bedrooms and a living room. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two bunk beds in the other. There is another double bed in the living room. The accommodation has two terraces, one can be accessed from one of the bedrooms, and the other from the living room. It is suitable for four adults and two children. The kitchen is fully equipped as in real households, it has an oven, and a washing machine is also available to guests. The bungalow has a great veranda for enjoying the shade, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, when general cleaning is also done. If you want, you can maintain more regular hygiene yourself, because there are necessary tools and accessories for that. The yard is spacious and in the shade, and from it there is direct access to the sea by stairs. Private parking is in the shade, in the yard. It is surrounded by a beautifully decorated court yard with a parking space. The city beach in Potos is located 700m from the accommodation, and the shops and souvenir stores are 550m away. Petra Hoses offers three newly built apartments for five people, named Aristoteles, Epicuros and Tukidid. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has a living room and a bedroom. There is a a fully equipped kitchen in the living room, dining table and chairs, folding sofa bed and a bookcase. Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a terrace in front of each apartment with table and chairs. Two apartments are on the ground floor, each has a bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and sofa bed for two people. There is a separate bedroom which has a double and a single bed. One of the apartments is actually a maisonette and it has a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and sofa bed for one person. There is an exit to the balcony with a sofa bed in the shade. On the first floor there is a bedroom with one double and single bed as well as exit to the spacious balcony with the sea view. On the first floor there's also another exit to the balcony with the sea view. This apartment is around 40m2 and it is suitable for a family. Apartments are completely new, equipped with modern furniture, spacious, around 40m2, and they offer comfort and all the conditions for real vacation. Each apartment has internet access, A/C, TV, oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Cleaning is provided every day, while towels and sheets are replaced every three days. Smoking is forbidden in the accommodation. Petra Houses are located in a quiet area in Potos, in the courtyard with a garden and vegetables that guests can freely use. In the yard, the guests can use barbecue and the shower. The parking is located in the yard. Arriving from Limenaria, turn left on the central crossroad in Potos toward Theologos , drive for 300m, turn right and you're coming directly to the apartments that are on the your right side. The accommodation is located in Potos, about 500m from the city beach. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection next to the Luna Park, turn left towards Theologos. After about 400m you will see a sign with the inscription Sotiria, in the yard of which Despina House is located. The house is on the right side of the street (across from Villa Laskarina), at the bottom of the courtyard, so it is not easy to spot it from the street. We offer two apartments and one studio. Apartment Villas Brilante Lux is located on the first floor and overlooks the courtyard. There is one double bed in one bedroom, while in the living room there is a corner sofa and an extra bed (which can be added as needed) and another double bed in the second bedroom. The bedroom opens onto a shared terrace overlooking the olive groves. The kitchen is equipped and has a large refrigerator and a stove with an oven. The bathroom is small and does not have an enclosed shower, only tiles. Capacity is up to 8 people (five adults and three children). Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day. In the yard, guests have at their disposal a large set for sitting in the shade, a fountain and a barbecue. Private parking is provided. Pets are welcome. The owner is a very hard-working, kind, temperamental and accommodating Greek woman. You will have at your disposal her garden with vegetables, and often a good dish from traditional Greek cuisine. The yard is reminiscent of yards in rural households, so if you don't care about luxurious accommodation, but rather a villa where you will feel at home in the countryside, with lots of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere, Despina House could be a good choice. It is only a few minutes' walk from the center and the hustle and bustle, and it is very close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, promenades and the beach. The accommodation is 800 meters from the central intersection in Potos and 900 meters from the city beach. The exterior appearance of the house gives the impression of a very carefully decorated building, and the interior is also decorated in ethnic style. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a stove with an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer. In the living room there is a fireplace and a sofa bed suitable for one or two children. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, after five days of stay, and guests can agree on the frequency with the owners upon arrival. The yard and porch are not large, but very clean and functional, while the windows are secured with metal bars. There is a parking space next to the house. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection in Potos, by the amusement park, turn left towards the place of Theologos. After 700 to 800 meters, there is a telephone box on the left where you turn left, and after 50 to 80 meters you come across this villa. If you want accommodation right on the coast, on a sandy beach and privacy, Sasa House is an excellent choice. The house is in a beautiful yard, full of shade, from which you can directly go to the beach. It is located in Potos, on San Antonio Beach. The house is small, 25m2 in size. It consists of one room with two joined single beds under which there is a drawer with a standard size bed, and a decently equipped kitchen separated by a partition wall. The kitchen has two hotplates with an oven, a refrigerator and necessary utensils for eating and cooking, air conditioning and a TV. Wireless internet signal is available from the surrounding hotels and Sissy villa which is in the same yard. Linen change and cleaning are done every 5 days. In the courtyard of the villa, there is a mobile grill, sink, seating and swings. The house has a private parking lot. You will get to Sasa House by coming from the direction of Limenaria, driving on the highway through Potos and exiting Potos. After approximately one kilometer (counting from the central intersection in Potos) you will see a turn for the Atrium Hotel, and after a hundred or so meters another turn towards San Antonio Beach. You can take either turn and both will take you to San Antonio Beach. Sasa House is located between Atrium Hotel and Kamari Hotel. You can reach Potos by car in a minute or two or by walking along the beach in 7-8 minutes. On the beach of San Antonio you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and excellent taverns. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second two single beds and in the third bedroom there is a folding sofa intended for two people. In the living room there is another sofa, intended for one person. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom, as well as in the living room. There is also a fan on the veranda. The villa is about 3 km from the nearest beach Dasilio, and about 400 m from the nearest store in the center of Prinos. The larger maisonette (130m2) is designed for seven people. On the upper floor there is a modern kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove, a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a breathtaking view. On the ground floor there is a small terrace, a second bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine, as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds and a French bed. The smaller maisonette (75m2) is designed for four people. On the upper floor there is one bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, a kitchen with a large fridge and stove, a terrace and another bathroom with a washing machine. Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. There are parking spaces on the street in front of the villa. Coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left at the main intersection and drive towards Casaviti for another 500m.
