Given that it is located on a hill, the view from the terraces of this villa is truly fantastic. In addition, all the facilities that Skala Potamia provides are easily accessible and are practically within walking distance of the accommodation. Blue View Studios is located in the center of Skala Potamia, to the right of the main road from Golden Beach. The villa is about 300m away from the beach. It is a decent accommodation, not luxurious. There are a total of 10 studios, which are distributed in two buildings. The central building consists of the following accommodation units: Ground level: number 7 is a triple studio consisting of two single beds and one armchair that extends into one single bed No. 8 is a four-bed studio consisting of three single beds and one sofa bed First floor: No. 1 is a four-bed studio with four single beds number 2 is a triple studio consisting of three single beds No. 3 is a four-bed studio that has four single beds Second floor: No. 4 is a triple studio with three single beds No. 5 is a triple studio consisting of one double bed and one single bed No. 6 is a triple studio with three single beds The size of the studio varies, on average from 15m2 to 25m2. A separate building is a house with two double studios with single beds, which can also accommodate one extra bed if needed. All studios have a sea view, including studios in the house (the sea view is not direct, but from the side). All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen with hob, refrigerator and electric kettle for heating water, safe and wireless internet signal. The terraces are a decent size and perfect for a morning coffee with a view of the blue sea. A baby cot can be booked when booking accommodation. Cleaning, linen and towels are changed once a week. If you need a hair dryer, the owner can borrow it. The villa has a large private parking and a small yard that is nicely decorated, with a barbecue and seating. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you pass the Niki supermarket, drive a few more meters straight and immediately, after Stefania Studios, there is an alley to which you need to turn. Continue straight and you will see Blue View studios. The first shop and bakery are a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The villa is located in a very quiet place and is very close to all amenities - 3-4 minutes walk from the beach and the center. It has a fantastic view, is decent and reasonably priced, and can be a good choice for a peaceful holiday in Skala Potamia.
