Dvokrevetni studiji imaju dva singl ležaja, trokrevetni dva singl i jedan pomoćni ležaj, a četvorokrevetni studio ima dva singl ležaja i krevete na sprat, pa je uglavnom pogodan za porodice sa decom. Svaki studio u svom sastavu ima kuhinju, kupatilo, terasu, klima uređaj, frižider, TV, komarnike i besplatan bežični internet. Čišćenje, kao i zamena posteljine i peškira, vrši se na pet dana. Gostima je u dvorištu na raspolaganju igralište za decu, letnja kuhinja i roštilj, a u zadnjem delu i privatni parking. Do smeštaja ćete doći tako što iz Limenasa , produžite magistralom još oko 30km istočno i naići ćete na plažu Aliki, a vila se nalazi sa desne strane i stoji oznaka na putu. Ukoliko dolazite iz pravca Potosa nastavite još oko 24km i nailazite na plažu Aliki, vila se iz tog pravca nalazi sa leve strane i stoji oznaka na putu. Zoi Studios is located in Aliki, in the south of Thassos. It is located in a large yard full of flowers, and offers apartments at an affordable price. We gladly recommend it to families with children as well as to anyone looking for a vacation away from the city crowd and traffic. It is about 1 km from the beach in Aliki, as well as to the first market, which is located on the main road before you get off at Aliki beach. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, such as Kekes, Thimonia, Paradise Beach. The nearest larger town is Kinira, located about 10 km away. It consists of three four-bed apartments on the ground floor. There are two joined single beds in the bedroom, and a single bed and a couch in the living room. The area is 32m2. Both rooms have access to the terrace. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning (A/C) and hot water 24 hours a day. They also have private balconies with a view of the sea and a garden full of flowers. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days. Pets are not allowed. The yard is spacious and full of flowers, there is a summer kitchen, a barbecue, and enough space for children to play. The parking lot is located within the yard. When coming from the direction of Potos, in Aliki you pass the Archodissa restaurant and turn left into the street that leads uphill. Then you turn into the first street on the right and the second house on the left, in a large yard full of greenery, is Zoe Studios. If you want to spend your vacation in nature, near the most beautiful beaches, in a truly peaceful and friendly environment, Zoi studios can be a good choice.

Anthi Villa is located in the first row to the sea. It has a yard with deckchairs and a barbecue area. Anthi Villa is located in Aliki, whose beach is considered one of the most beautiful and famous on Thassos. You can buy basic groceries in the nearby minimarket, which is only a few minutes from the villa. As we previously stated, the accommodation is right next to the sea, and bathing in it only requires leaving the yard. The beach in front of it is rocky, and in just a few moments of walking you will find yourself on the sandy part of the beach. It is ideal for both children and swimmers, because the depth gradually increases, while the shallows are not particularly long. Anthi Villa has two apartments. One apartment (35m2) is intended for four people, while the other (42m2) is intended for five people. Both apartments have one separate bedroom. The four-bed apartment consists of one French bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen. The five-bed apartment consists of two French beds, which are in the bedroom, and one single bed, which is in the kitchen. They are on the same level and have verandas overlooking the sea. Apart from the size, the apartments differ in that the five-bed apartment has a slightly larger veranda, as well as a slightly better view of the sea. East Coast Aliky Studios is a newly built accommodation, located a few steps from a small beach, which is not so visited, so you have the impression that it is a private beach. It is a very high-quality accommodation, which is located in a quiet location and has a private parking lot. East Coast Aliky is located in Aliki, a few meters from the beach, while the first larger market and bakery can only be found in Kinira. In its offer, this accommodation has six two-bed studios, which are arranged in two houses. This accommodation is intended for adults only. In the house that is closer to the road, there are four studios (25m2) on the ground floor. The studios are exactly the same and have one double bed. The units also have a kitchen with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. These units have a balcony with a view of the courtyard. In the house that is closer to the beach, on the upper ground floor, there are two studio suites (45m2). These studios are more spacious than those in the first building, since the sleeping area is separated from the kitchen and living room. They are equipped with a French bed, while the living room has a corner sofa and a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. These units have sea and beach views. Accommodation units have TV and air conditioning, internet access, hair dryer and mosquito nets. The bathrooms are equipped with a glass partition. Pets are welcome, but with a mandatory note before the reservation itself. There is also an option to pay extra for breakfast, which you can agree with the owners, on the spot. Aliki Stone House is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Aliki. In addition to the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful sea, this house offers you all the conditions for a real vacation. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and a direct exit from the yard to the beach. There is a mini market above the house where you can buy bread and the necessary groceries, and for more serious shopping we recommend Potos (about 25 km). The house is built of stone and consists of two parts: Aliki Stone 1, which is a four-bed studio and consists of two French beds, dimensions 1.3x1.2m. and Aliki Stone 2, which is a three-bed studio and consists of one French bed measuring 1.3x1m. From the 2025 season, only Aliki Stone 2 (3 Bed Studio) is available for online booking. Both units consist of one room, that is, a living room/kitchen, where there are beds and a bathroom. The area is 22m2. In the yard, Aliki Stone 2 has a lot of natural shade, so most of our guests spend most of their time right there, next to the sea, which you practically experience as your own private beach. The studios have private entrances, as well as exits to the beach. The most beautiful part of the accommodation is the veranda (courtyard), which has furniture for sitting and dining, deckchairs (two deckchairs for each studio) and, of course, a wonderful view of the sea. Both studios have a fireplace, which can be used in the late September days (more for the atmosphere than for the need), air conditioning, and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant summer stay: two hotplates, a kettle, a whisk for frappes and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen are done every five days. The direct exit leads you to the rocky part of the beach, where you can swim, because the rocks are flat and you can enter the shallow water from them. In just a few seconds you can reach the sandy beach of Aliki over rocky slabs, which are perfect for sunbathing and for children to play. On the beach there are cafes and taverns, where you can enjoy the inevitable frappe, a wonderful seafood menu, as well as traditional Greek dishes. When coming from the direction of Potos, you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot next to the bus station on the highway and go down the stairs next to the mini market directly into the yard of the house. If you wish, you can drive your vehicle down from the highway towards the beach and park above the house, with the fact that the approach is difficult for lower vehicles, so we recommend that you leave your vehicle in the upper parking lot or in the parking lot near the beach. If you want to wake up in a room with a view of the unbelievably beautiful turquoise sea, fall asleep to beautiful sunsets and experience a real rest for the soul and eyes, then this house is the right choice for you.

In the first bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, and in the second there is one double bed. There is a sofa for one person in the living room, so the maximum capacity of the house is six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, it has a stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There is also a table and chairs, air conditioning, a TV and a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower separated by glass. In front of the entrance there is an area with seating and a view of the yard full of olive trees. The house has internet, safe, air conditioning, TV and hair dryer. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. It is surrounded by a beautiful yard with a table and chairs, a deckchair, an olive grove and a parking space. Coming to Aliki from the direction of Potos, pass the Archodissa restaurant, then turn left and up the hill where you will come across this villa 300m later. Astris Beach Hotel is located right on the beach in Astris. There is only one four-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with a terrace overlooking the sea. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have single beds. The kitchen is inside the apartment, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Three studios are for two people and have a kitchen on the terrace with a view of the sea. One studio has been renovated, has a double bed and is listed in the price list as a Superior 2 Bed Studio (18m2). You can reach the Astris Beach Hotel when you come from Potos and continue for another 5.5 km on the highway and when you enter Astris you will see a sign for the Astris Beach Hotel on your right. One of the advantages is that the bus stop is right in front, for guests who came on vacation without a car. The first store is 400m away. At 500m before Astris, when coming from the direction of Potos, is one of the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, Psili Amos. The popular Aliki is 15 km away. All in all, Astris can be interesting as a base for everyone who likes peace and quiet, close to a good beach and who does not long for crowds, evening walks, shopping and nightlife. And if, by any chance, you want the listed, Potos is only 5.5 km from Astris and offers a large selection of shops, restaurants, a promenade, and entertainment. Astris Beach Hotel is one of those accommodation facilities located literally on the beach, from which not even a road separates it, but upon leaving the room you are immediately on the sand. If you want such accommodation, which of course offers a view of the sea in addition to being close to the beach, then Astris beach hotel is an excellent choice.

Asterias Villa in Astris is decent and clean accommodation at a good price, great for families and couples alike. It is far from crowds and noise, has a large yard and shade, private parking and is in a good location, as it is only ten minutes' walk from the beach. Also, Astris is a very good base for island hopping. Villa Asterias is located at the exit of Astris. It is 500m away from the city beach. Asterias is a two-story villa that offers 10 studios. It was completely renovated in 2013. The studios (18m2) on the ground floor are three-bedded and have one double bed and one single bed (under which another drawer bed can be pulled out). The bathrooms have been renovated for the 2019 season and have been expanded, they have a shower that is separated by glass. The studios (15m2) on the first floor are slightly smaller than the studios on the ground floor and they have two beds. They have a double bed. Studios have TV and air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The studios on the ground floor have a porch with seating that leads directly to the yard, while the studios on the first floor have a medium-sized terrace that overlooks the yard in front of the house. Considering that the house is on a hill, seen from the back of the house, the studios that are on the first floor also open directly to the yard behind the house. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. In the back part of the yard there is a brick barbecue and some toys for children. The yard in front of the house is quite large, with plenty of shade and seating, and there is also a private parking lot. The accommodation is located opposite the gas station, in the south of the island, 5 km east of Potos. Villa Asterias can serve as an excellent base. It is only 500m away from a decent city beach, which you can reach on foot if you don't feel like driving. Just a minute's drive from the house is Psili Amos, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and nearby is Thessaloniki (2km). Considering that Astris does not offer many facilities for tourists, Potos is only a five-minute drive away and there you can find everything you want - a promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, an amusement park and a little crowd. In Astris there are several restaurants-taverns, two grocery stores, several hotels and villas, an organized beach and a gas station. You can buy fruits, vegetables and basic groceries in drugstores. The beach is partly sandy and partly rocky, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Salonikios beach is only 2 km from the villa, Rosso Gremos and San Antonio are 3-4 km away, and Livadi and Aliki are about 15 km away. If you want a good base from where everything is available to you, and it is not important for you to be in a big place, then Villa Asterias is a good choice.
