Our description Alegria studios are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, right next to the Korifi Tavern, and close to the beach. This accommodation offers four studios that can accommodate up to four people. Each of them has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a safe. The area of most studios is 30m2 and one accommodation unit is slightly smaller and its area is 27m2. All studios are almost identical, with a king-size double bed and a sofa bed and all have a private balcony and sea views. The yard is very nicely decorated, so children can play freely because there is also a playground with seesaws, swings and a slide. Also, in the yard there is a barbecue which is available to guests. In addition to accommodation, there are many places where you can freely park your car. The first supermarket, where you can buy some of the bakery products, is a ten minute walk away. Cleaning is done daily and towels and linen are changed every fourth day. All in all, this is a very nice and very high quality accommodation in a great location, with great free parking and sea views. If you want accommodation that is one step away from the beach and all the facilities in the area, then this facility can be a great choice.

Our description Studios Emotions are located less than 60 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia, a short walk from Golden Beach and a ten minute walk from the strictest center of Skala Potamia. It is a completely new building, very nicely and functionally equipped. It contains four apartments and one studio. Apartments (40m2) have one bedroom with double bed and living room with two single beds. There is also a kitchen in the living room. All apartments have two terraces, two TVs and two air conditioners. The apartments are spacious, the terraces are also ideal for families with children. Studio (30m2) is a triple bed and contains a double bed and one single bed for a child. Cleaning is done every day while bed linen and towels are changed every two days. The villa has WiFi available in all rooms and in the courtyard. The yard is spacious with a barbecue and furniture for sitting, enjoying and socializing. Our description Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the driveway. In the very center of the town, on the left, you will see the Makedonia supermarket along the incoming road, and then a few tens of meters after it you will turn left into the street and after some fifty meters you will see the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them, because they are authentic, built of brown stone with wooden terraces, doors, windows and blinds, tucked away in greenery. They are about 150 meters away from the sandy beach. The street leading from the incoming road to them is wide enough and has a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, which can be seen in the attached photos. It is a complex of 3 one-storey villas, with a yard with a barbecue and parking on a dirt extension in front. In the first villa there are 3 apartments, in the second also 3, and in the third one apartment. The apartments are identical, with a separate entrance from the yard, on two levels. Each can accommodate up to 5 people. They consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom on the gallery and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (mini stove with oven, medium fridge, dishes and cutlery). It is separated by a wall with arches from the living room. The bathroom is newer, spacious, with a large bathtub, extremely clean, with a separate window. In the living room there is a sofa with a drawer where when the drawer is taken out, two people can sleep, a fireplace, TV, mini line with speakers, exit to the terrace and wooden, wide enough stairs leading to the bedroom on the gallery. The gallery has a rather spacious bedroom with two connected single beds, a wardrobe and full-size windows. The apartments are air conditioned, have TVs, mini speaker lines, safes and wireless internet signal. Staying in them is pleasant, considering that the villas are built of stone, which gives freshness to the rooms, and it is easy to make the air flow because the entrance is on one side and the door to the terrace on the other. The terraces are spacious, mostly covered with vines, with a wooden table and chairs. Apartments are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Our description Rani Apartments is a newly built building 150m from one of the best, sandy beaches on the island of Thassos. It is a modern building that has four penthouses (two levels) and one three-bed studio. In the first level there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, stove with oven, electric kettle, enough utensils for cooking). The living room is comfortable and has a small balcony, dining table and sofa that folds into two single beds of standard dimensions. On the second level there is a bedroom with a double bed, but also a very spacious veranda (10 to 15m2) with umbrellas. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea on the main road (about 300 meters). When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Hotel Vournelis and the beach of the same name, you follow the main road and turn left. When after some 150 meters you reach the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street), continue straight (about 350 meters) all the way to the next big crossroads (with the main road Thassos - Prinos). Realistically, the hotel is much closer to the center and the sea, but as the streets leading from the new port to the center are one-way, it is desirable to get to the hotel by car in the described way. The accommodation units are very clean and the friendly owners are always available to their guests. Pavlos Rooms is an accommodation located in Golden Beach, across from the camp, just 100 meters from the beach, right behind the Finikas Restaurant. It consists of double, triple and quadruple studies. All have a mini kitchen (sink, two hobs, utensils and dishes) and a bathroom. Double studio (20m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed. Triple (25m2) and quadruple studios (28m2) are located on the ground floor and are the same as the double studio, with the addition that all quadruple and two of the three triple have a small oven. In the triple studio there is one double and a single bed, and in the quadruple there are two double beds. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every three days. On the large veranda, each studio has its own set of seating and enjoying. The yard is small and paved, mostly under shade. Small pets are allowed. You will see the Arista market and the Finikas restaurant and just behind the Finikas restaurant is the Pavlos Rooms. The first market is located right next to the accommodation. If you want decent accommodation very close to the beach which is (sandy and with a long shallow) ideal for children, 30m from the bus station, and very close to restaurants and car rental agencies, Pavlos Rooms can be a great choice.

This accommodation offers eight triple and quadruple studios spread over two floors - four on the first and four on the second floor. Studio no. 1 on the first floor consists of two connected single beds and one drawer bed. Studio no. 2 on the first floor consists of one double bed and one single bed and four people can stay here because another bed can be pulled out of the double bed. In terms of square footage, this studio is somewhat more spacious than studio no. 1. All studios are equipped with TV, air conditioning, kitchen and refrigerator. All balconies are separated from each other and have their own dryers and parasols. If you need a hair dryer or want to use a washing machine, the owner will be happy to meet you. Guests have access to the Internet (WiFi) and each has its own private parking space if needed. In the yard there is a barbecue that guests can use. Next to the building there is a market where you can buy some of the bakery products. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days. If you want modest accommodation not far from the beach and all city events, Alexandra Villa can be a good choice.
