Accommodation units are cleaned every fourth day during the stay. For reservations of 12 nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. An additional set of bed linen and towels, as well as additional cleaning, are available at an additional cost.
It is mandatory to pay a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100 euros per reservation, which is used in case of possible damage during the stay, otherwise it is returned to the guest.

Naiada House is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, about 600 meters from the beach, which makes it a suitable choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The city beach in Nikiti is mostly sandy, both on the shore and in the water, and some parts have a very long shallow area ideal for children and non-swimmers.
